The Bunkhouse, our secluded Palouse cottage, began as a living quarters for farm hands. Completely renovated, it now offers guests quiet country lodging with close proximity (about 20 min) to Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston and Clarkston. Wander around the 7 acre bird habitat out the back door (might see our local deer and moose!). Enjoy morning coffee in the private tree swing and a fire pit for those chilly evenings. Spiral stairs connect the open bedroom/entertaining area to the kitchen and bath.

This cozy "Shouse" (shop house) is located on a 136 acre farm. Guests have a view of a working horse ranch with horses, a mini donkey, a pony! The “Farmshouse" is decorated in French Country & Farmhouse Chic! Your host (Sheena) was a housekeeper for elite executives in the area for over 10 years. I am very meticulous and can guarantee a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. Farmshouse has new kitchen & carpet! We have recently added a new covered porch with patio table, chairs & barbecue!

Spotswood Cottage - Near Downtown Moscow & U of I

Enjoy a cozy getaway and explore all the Palouse has to offer! Newly renovated, this light-filled apartment is minutes away from key features of Moscow. Join the local restaurant scene or capitalize on the full kitchen and enjoy a night in. This prime location allows you take advantage of the 10 minute or less stroll to downtown, University of Idaho, or the Latah Trail/Paradise Path. During warmer seasons, private yard area and propane fire pit provide a welcoming outdoor atmosphere.

6th Street House - upper level

This house is located on 6th Street, which takes you directly to downtown Moscow, University of Idaho Campus, or to the Eastside Marketplace. The upper level has a very spacious livingroom and full kitchen, a deck off of the kitchen, full bath, a washer and dryer and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen. The large sectional in the livingroom also pulls out to sleep up to 2 more guests. Includes two off-street parking spaces.

A Kozy Cottage

This bright and cheerful space includes a full sized - stocked kitchen with coffee service, a dining area, living area w/sleeper sofa and a half bath. A dedicated in unit washer and dryer, WiFi & Smart TV in the living area ready for your own Firestick, or use included Netflix, Disney, Amazon, and YouTube TV. Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.

The Lighthouse

Safely harbored in a quiet cul-de-sac, our guesthouse sits just northeast of downtown Moscow. The 'Lighthouse' is trimmed with seaside decor and lets in plenty of window light for a bright and airy space, and includes all the basics for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
