Such a lovely stay, thank you! Everything you might need is there. Beautiful small beach is across the road. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Better to rent a car instead of using taxi. Perast is our favourite city.

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Overwhelmingly kind host delivering an authentic experience. The decor is mindful, guides prepared thoughtful and expansive - beware there are a few steps, but equally many places to pause along the way to enjoy the view, not forgetting the ice cream or glass of wine by the bay as a reward for your efforts. Perfect for a couple of any ages to retreat to and the easy road access from the top was fantastic for not just another great view, but transportation around the bay that is so worth exploring. Cannot recommend Perast, or Anne, enough.

A wonderful apartment: cozy, clean, comfortable, with a nice renovation and a fully equipped kitchen. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest store is right across the street. The host is very friendly and always available if you need anything. We spent 2 months here and would be happy to come back!

We are very satisfied with the place we stayed. It was easy to find the location. We were able to enter easily with the instructions provided. He had everything at home. We didn't use it, but there was even a washing machine. The kitchen and utensils were very clean. The bathroom was very clean, the bed linens were all very good. It had a small balcony. The view is even more spectacular than is shown on the listing. The apartment is very comfortable and offers excellent sleep quality even though the building is close to the road. The hosts are a delightful, and caring couple whom I had the pleasure of video chatting, as Demet was out of the country. I met her husband Thia in person, and is quite charming as well. They took care of me as a member of the family, and even arranged a private transfer from Tivat airport. Even though the old town restaurants, and the shops are about a fifteen minute kike down the hill, I discovered a short cut which didn’t involve stairs! Walk down the main road approximately 120 metres, and take the steep, one way street on the right! I am a very senior and was down at the water a number of times during my long stay at the apartment. I recommend Demet’s place to anyone visiting Budva, you will be glad you did.

Beautiful flat in a great location, 5 minutes walk away from the old town and beach, right in the centre of Budva. Boris was very welcoming and helpful host. We will be back!

This place was even better in person: aesthetically pleasing, modern, clean, cozy, spacious, amazing views and a thoughtful charceuteri upon arrival. We ended an 11-day trip through Croatia with a final stop in Budva, Montenegro. This was intended to be our wind-down stop, and the unit and space really did allow for that (plenty of space to spread out and relax comfortably). Admittedly, Budva was the only destination we did not like on our entire trip and would not recommend, but we did absolutely love the unit. If you visit, plan to spend a day or most of your time in Kotor Bay.

Miljan's apartment is perfectly located just a short walk from the Budva promenade, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and the charming Old Town all within easy reach. The apartment was clean and cozy – it truly felt like a home away from home. Miljan personally came to greet us and shared some excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nikola’s apartment. Everything matched the description and the apartment was just as in the pictures. The kitchenette was kitted out really well with anything you might need for a short or extended stay. We were grateful for the extra blankets and the warm air con as we found the apartment rather chilly in the evenings. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kotor old town is about 45 min walk away but very doable and scenic. It felt like we were away from the crowds but not too far removed either. Would recommend to anyone.

Where do I begin? In search of a private and peaceful escape from the overly crowded sense I sometimes feel when traveling, I was beyond fortunate to find Mira’s place. A true hidden gem nestled between Perast and Kotor. From beginning to end, Mira made sure my mind felt at ease. From allowing me to check in early, to having her son, Danilo, pick me up from the bus station, I could have not wished for a better host. If you too are looking for an escape with plenty of areas to swim, or just a relaxing day settled in the jacuzzi, treat yourself with a relaxing stay here.

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

The apartment is wonderful. Apart from the very beautiful view, the structure is very complete and the space was very clean. Access is easy and very close to the bus stop. In addition, the nearby restaurants are very good and the beach of Kamenovo is wonderful.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

Everything went well. Stanko gave clear instructions, was reactive, flexible and friendly. Flat was accurately described. I did not achieved to close the window shutters, luckily I had my sleeping mask but if you can't sleep with light on and don't want to be waken up early in the morning by sunlight, it may be something to clarify with Stanko (but again maybe I just did not know how to close them). Climatisation was perfect, the flat is located in the middle of Podgorica's night life, you may hear a bit the music but honestly it is well soundproofed and was not an issue for me. I strongly recommand this place and this host. :)
