Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Vegas Strip

Man do I HOPE you guys read this review before staying. do you ever see pictures of an Airbnb stay and seriously doubt that it will look the same when you get there because youve been duped before?? I'm letting y'all know right now this is NOT one of those stays. this one actually looks BETTER in person than it does in the pictures! the stay was absolutely gorgeous and the host was extremely responsive. I took a video of the suite and posted it on my IG and was absolutely not expecting to get the amount of responses that I did. I had over 25 people hit me up asking me what hotel it was and how much I paid. many of them thought I had to have spent four to five times more than I actually did. it was astounding and I'm so glad I chose this stay in lieu of any of the similar ones. I'm telling y'all you will get your money's worth! also i wish the dance pole had been in the picture but it was a pleasant surprise for my girlfriend lmao All in all 6 out of 5 stars, will be returning!

this was easy feom beginning to end. nice spot way up high, lovely studio, super comfy bed, Giant Jacuzzi tub, clean, totally quiet. the pool at the Signature Tower 2 was nice. Easy check in, valets were fast. would totally stay there again.

Awesome place to stay

We had an amazing stay at Nelson’s place! It was probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at (something very important to us!), kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and some quick meals, bathroom with a good shower and a huge mirror with great lighting. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. Place was easy to find, quiet and safe neighborhood just a quick drive from the main Vegas attractions. Check-in and access was quick and easy. Nelson was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a fantastic stay at Bianca’s place! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the Strip, which made getting around super convenient. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bianca was a wonderful host—very responsive, kind, and made check-in a breeze. Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Grace was a wonderful host and her home was absolutely perfect! It's super close to the strip and has all the amenities you can't get when you stay at a hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!

Lili is a great host. We enjoyed being able to check in early due to flight schedules. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 14. The amenities (hot tub, massage chair, lawn games, pool table, fire pit) were top notch. All questions were promptly responded to. The location was perfect. Everything we needed to do was within a 10-20 minute drive, even during rush hour. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Luz was an absolutely amazing responsive host-this place was immaculate-one of the cleanest we’ve ever been in with every amenity. The backyard was absolutely entertaining and gorgeous. We had so much fun there, really felt like home. Very impressive to have a water and ice dispenser so you don’t have to purchase water, especially in Las Vegas. No chores was a huge bonus.

Great place to stay, gated community- location very close to strip - its behind middle of strip ( MGM ) taxi/uber cost to strip $10-15 during day, apartment clean , comfortable beds, lots of towels, clean linen , kitchen has all equipment needed, very quiet, nice pool view, security good felt safe. A/C keep us cool . Would recommend if you don’t wish to stay in a hotel . Glad we made this choice .

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether it was the Strip, Fremont Street, or nearby restaurants and shops. The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was a great value for the price, especially considering how convenient the location was. The bed was super comfortable too, which made coming back to rest after long days really relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this last minute and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is beautiful. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The bed was really comfortable and the place was really clean. The kitchen was a plus, we made breakfast everyday and it was so nice. I loved that we had access to the MGM pool and lazy river. I would stay here again.

Great location. Having access to the MGM Grand pool was nice, but we ended up using the pools at the Signature because they were less crazy/crowded. Easy walk to the strip and we liked being a little further back from all the action. Having a fridge was awesome. Check in and valet parking was great.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for EDC weekend! Milly was super responsive and very accommodating. The bed was comfy, the location was great, would definitely stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll fanden wir, dass die Unterkunft in einer abgesperrten Community lag, wo man nur durch einen Schranken hineinkam. Für unser Auto gab es auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Strip ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Tolle Unterkunft in Las Vegas, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host was always very responsive and understanding. We had all our questions answered prior to our trip. The host was also able to fulfill our requested accommodations for our stay. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again for my future Las Vegas trips!
