Cottage holiday rentals in Las Rosas

Great accommodation, fabulous location and stunning views. This rural area is very quiet and with no light pollution clear night skies are just magical. Mostly the temperature this high up is lower than the coast but not always. The coast, which you can see from the terrace, is 20 minutes away by car. The house is modern and attention has been paid to the things that matter. A perfect base for us. The journey up from Arafo is steep for many kms and roads are narrow but often one-way. You do need google maps though – our rental car did not have a sat nav. We found the house in the dark and pouring rain. Juan was very helpful and responded very quickly. Without him we would have had real difficulties with replacing our car which had a puncture and no repair kit or locking nuts on board. Car rental company Record Go (via Opodo) was worse than useless. For organic fruit & veg: La Albahaca in Arafo and La Tajea in Mercado de Santa Cruz. For eggs: Juan’s hens! We will revisit. Loved it.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The views are absolutely amazing, and the house is beautiful and rustic. The terrace is very spacious, and there is a little garden that attracts lots of little birds. The whole house is dreamy and surrounded by cute flowers and native plants. We loved using the log burner in the evenings, as it sometimes got quite chilly; this made it even more cosy and homely. Having a car is essential to stay here (and also to explore the rest of the island). There's a Lidl and Aldi nearby and plenty of great restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much for having us!

Our stay at Las Casas was fantastic. It is located a bit off the beaten path but once you arrive, it is spectacular. Incredible views of the mountains and ocean, beautiful restored buildings, peaceful, and well equipped for any kind of stay. The amenities - sauna, hot tub, pool, etc - made the place feel like a retreat/resort. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, vacation, I 100% recommend staying here. We were staying in Los Corrales which had a a full kitchen (no oven - but 4 stove burners. The communal kitchen has a coal burning oven). It had two large bedrooms and a very private terrace/patio with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. If you’re planning on eating there, I’d recommend getting all of your groceries on your way in because you are probably going to want to limit your trips up and down the mountain. Carmen was a very responsive host and had everything prepared for us when we arrived. Thank you for the stay Carmen and crew!

It was great to avoid the dense touristic areas and experience a different type of microclimate than the rest of the island. It was a bit cold inside in April, but there is an AC and a heater to compensate. The jacuzzi is a big highlight of this place.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, a pleasure to return to after a day out and perfect for 5 adults and a 2 year old. The Villa was spotless and there was plenty of linen for a two week stay. There is everything you can wish for in the Villa. There is a lovely pool on site, cold water but refreshing on a warm day. The Villa is within easy reach of two Supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the regular Adeje Market. An 8 minute walk will bring you to the delightful beaches of Del Duque. The host is super responsive, all in all a great place to be.

Had a fantastic stay, place was perfect for a large group of us celebrating graduating university. The outside space was so gorgeous and there was more than enough room for us all even to sit 20 outside the dinner table in the outside area. Liliane was a great host and always helpful if need be whilst out there. Great value for money as well! Would recommend wholeheartedly

Julio ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar ist und viele Informationen gibt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man ist allerdings auf ein Auto angewiesen, da der Weg dorthin nicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Dafür wird man mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick belohnt.

Nos sentimos como en casa, buena ubicación, zona tranquila con un guachinche cerca buenísimo. Tienes muchos senderos para hacer cerca de la casa. La casa en general estaba perfecta, muy limpia y ordenada. El jacuzzi era perfecto para relajarnos y estaba en muy buen estado. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único que tienes que aparcar a varios metros de la casa porque justo en frente suele estar un coche del vecino, pero de resto todo genial. Solo tuvimos un problema con el horno que no funcionaba porque saltaban las palancas, pero ya lo comunicamos para que lo solucionen para próximas estancias. Lo que más nos gustó es que nos permitió quedarnos el último día hasta tarde porque no tenía reservas y eso es todo un detalle por parte del anfitrión que muy pocos hacen. De resto todo perfecto. Muchas gracias Aldo por tu amabilidad, sin duda volveremos a repetir. Un abrazo.

Жильё нашли довольно быстро, немного серпантина и мы на месте. Хозяева очень дружелюбные. Всё необходимое было,нас ждали даже местные фрукты и вино, солнечный дворик с лежаками беседкой и барбекю, парковка прямо во дворе, автоматические ворота, что тоже очень удобно. И конечно радовала собачка Флорв, которая всегда встречала.до трассы 3 минуты на машине.всё очень понравилось

Casa preciosa y muy acogedora, con maravilloso jardín en valle increíble, con servicios e infinitud de caminos para hacer senderismo. Jesús siempre respondió a nuestras necesidades y pudo haber flexibilidad a la entrada y salida. Además, detalles de bienvenida.

Fantastisch huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Niemand verveelt zich hier. Vooral poolbiljart, tafeltennistafel en zwembad zijn geweldig en kunnen de hele dag worden gebruikt. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden rondom het zwembad voor iedereen en er is een fijne binnenplaats om uit de wind te liggen. Gezellige, ruime woonkamer. De keuken is goed en volledig ingericht, met 2 koelkast/vriezers, vaatwasser, magnetron, kookplaat en oven. Er is een wasmachine en droger. Het huis is enorm ruim met 4 grote slaapkamers en in het bijgebouw zijn nog 2 slaapkamers. Alles netjes en schoon. Echt geweldig fijn huis met alle mogelijkheden. Hartelijke gastvrouw die snel en vriendelijk reageert op evt. vragen. Zeer flexibel. Omgeving: Supermarkt in de buurt op loopafstand. Restaurants vanaf 35 min lopen. Om rekening mee te houden: Geen openbaar vervoer, taxi’s laten het keer op keer afweten:,zijn niet beschikbaar of komen niet /te laat opdagen. Goede restaurants met uitgebreide keuze op kaart

Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern war die Unterkunft perfekt. Auf der Finca gibt es viel zu entdecken. Man wohnt ruhig und weit weg vom Massentourismus und erlebt hier eine authentische Seite der Insel . Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto schnell auf der Autobahn und erreicht alle wichtigen Ziele der Insel gut. Die Kommunikation mit Ana und ihren Großeltern war super freundlich und zuverlässig.

Really loveley rural house with a great garden for beeakfast and evening meals. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The accomodation is really clean, the host left us a welcome bowl of fruits and local wine we really appreciated. Really quite area between local villages of San Isidro and Granadilla de Abona. Away from turistic area but only 15 min drive from the sea and the mountains.

Eine Woche bei Natalia und ihrer äußerst sympathischen Familie, die wir kennenlernen durften, ist wie eine Woche im Paradies! Wer jenseits der Touristenpfade eine ruhige, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Sorgfalt eingerichtete Unterkunft sucht, wird hier fündig. Die Finca besteht aus vier unterschiedlich großen Häusern und liegt inmitten einer Bananenplantage, wo auch noch gearbeitet wird. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt zum Meer und zum Naturschwimmbecken, das allerdings gesperrt war. Der Blick auf La Gomera und die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Mit dem Mietwagen (den man braucht) ist man ganz schnell in Alcala, wo es im Dino Supermarkt alles Nötige gibt. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich. Anfang März kann man einen Pulli gebrauchen, in der Unterkunft Brier gibt es auch eine Heizung / Klimaanlage. Ich kann die Finca nur wärmstens empfehlen, wir sind nach unseren Ausflügen immer wieder gerne zurückgekehrt. Vielen Dank auch an Viktor für den köstlichen Wein!

It was really something special in April! It is even more beautiful than in the photos and the huge property (former vineyard) is very well maintained and in a quiet location with great views from the mountains down to the sea. Spanish restaurants and a supermarket can be reached by car within a few minutes. Beautiful hiking trails are nearby. The house is equipped in the best possible way - everything was there. Even the fridge was stocked on arrival so that the first evening and morning were completely relaxed. Pool, basketball, soccer and even table tennis and table football in an extra room. There was even an extra grill house. It's just great and I recommend it! The host was super friendly and gave us the best possible support. Thank you very much for the great time!

Klar! Hier ist dein überarbeiteter Text mit dem Fokus auf Wandern im Teno-Gebirge und tollen Rennradstrecken: ⸻ Unser Aufenthalt in Los Silos war einfach traumhaft! Die Anreise sowie das Check-in verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Direkt vor dem Haus findet man immer einen Parkplatz, was super praktisch ist. Der Kontakt zu Jan und Susanne war sehr herzlich – wir haben uns rundum gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus selbst war blitzsauber und vollständig ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders schön ist der liebevoll angelegte Garten. Von dort und von der Terrasse aus genießt man eine fantastische Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Auch die Umgebung hat unglaublich viel zu bieten: Der Ort Los Silos ist charmant, mit netten Restaurants und vielen kleinen Ecken, die es zu entdecken gilt. In nur 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Meer, zwei Badestellen sowie beeindruckende natürliche Lavapools – perfekt zum Erfrischen nach einem erlebnisreichen T

Nous tenions à vous remercier chaleureusement pour ce merveilleux séjour à Masca. Votre logement est un véritable havre de paix, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. La vue depuis la maison est absolument époustouflante — chaque lever et coucher de soleil étaient un spectacle en soi. C’est un privilège de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit aussi préservé, loin de la foule, entouré de nature et de silence. Le calme qui règne ici est incroyablement ressourçant, et les nuits étoilées sont d’une beauté rare. Même si la météo n’a pas toujours été de notre côté, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin, aménagé avec soin, et qui donne envie de revenir aux beaux jours pour en profiter pleinement. Encore merci pour votre accueil et pour avoir rendu ce lieu aussi accueillant. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs en tête.

Wat een uitzonderlijke prachtige locatie. De meest prachtige Panorama views over het Tenogebergte, de kloof in de verte, de zee, en dit alles vanaf het terras. De route naar het appartement was duidelijk aangegeven, smal pad naar de parkeerplaats, maar goed te doen. Ontvangst en uitleg van Pedro was vriendelijk en gastvrij, heel fijn. Zeer schoon en onderhouden. Inderdaad handig dat je vooral wat boodschappen doet. Er zijn wat restaurantjes overdag open met een eenvoudige kaart. Overdag zijn er veel toeristen, na 17.00 zijn ze vertrokken en keert de rust, wat zo kenmerkend is voor het dorp. Buiten de Mascakloof wandeling zijn er ook mooie wandelingen buiten het dorp. Vraag het toeristenbureau er naar bijv. RondWandeling TF 56 naar TF 51 en maak de cirkel af met TF 59. Afwisselend landschap met mooie vergezichten. Enig minnetje zijn de harde matrassen, maar dat schijnt overal in Spanje te zijn. Kortom we hopen echt nog een keer terug te gaan en dan voor wat langere tijd.

Super Unterkunft in wunderschöner Landschaft. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen! Es gab im Ort ein Restaurant, einen Ort weiter zu Fuß durchaus erreichbar einen Supermarkt und man konnte verschiedene Wanderungen direkt von der Unterkunft aus starten. Um woanders hinzukommen würden wir jedoch nicht ohne Auto anreisen. Vielen Dank!

Le logement est impeccable. Vue superbe de toute les pièces. BellesTerrasses. Francisco est très sympathique et communiquant même si cela était compliqué du fait que nous ne parlons pas du tout espagnol. Bref rien a redire. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons à Tenerife.
