The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, received us staff who live in the building and were very friendly from the arrival. the plus is the private pool since we enjoyed at night and in the day, the sheets are of fabric somewhat hot and it is impossible to sleep because of the heat it is and the noise but it is understandable. I agree that they should put an air conditioning, improve the screen since it is 32 and it does not have streaming functions or Google but you are on vacation you are not going to watch TV, everything is very clean and in order we had a detail when we turned on the oven since the pill was overloaded but they solved it in less than 10 minutes. in general it is very good place widely recommended with all the comforts of a house and the privacy of the place the floor 2 and 3 can see the pool and that remains if you go as a couple but everything else is very much good. there are many ants should fumigate it is super comfortable I will return at another time first God

Benjamin has a paradise on earth, we had a great time, everything was very quiet and clean, it is very close to everything, my family and I had a great time, my dog really enjoyed it. Benjamin is a very kind person and always very attentive to us, we even learned new things from him. We'll definitely be back.

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

What a perfect vacation. Wonderful home and view. The staff were amazing. The home was perfect. Communication with everyone was very easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars for sure.

I want to thank Jorge for his hospitality and high level of professionalism. I always resolved any situation quickly, which made my stay very comfortable. The apartment is very cosy and has an excellent location - nearby there are supermarkets, Oxxo cafe and the beach is just a minute walk away. The pool is clean and nice. Everything is designed to enjoy and rest. I am very satisfied with my stay!

We liked the place a lot, although it is a little smaller than it shows in the photos, the place is very nice and private, which was something we liked a lot, it has everything to have a good time and not have to go out if that is what you are looking for, the service is very good and constant, personally I would repeat my stay in this place.
