Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with whatever you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing from one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the attention, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. It's definitely worth it They are under repair, but that does not affect or bother the experience! Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely be back 🫶🏻💖

Excellent place to visit Acapulco, I would definitely come back. The security part of the place let us park the car inside, so it turned out better than expected.

The place was spotless, exactly as in the photos, and very well located, it has several amenities. The bed was very comfortable and there was everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Excellent experience, the house and the place look better in person than in photos, it is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy, Jorge was always attentive, gave us recommendations and the staff who work there are also always attentive and friendly. It's a great place to travel with pets.

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

What a perfect vacation. Wonderful home and view. The staff were amazing. The home was perfect. Communication with everyone was very easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars for sure.

The apartment is as described, we had a very comfortable stay, excellent service and any detail was solved immediately, I would return without hesitation and I highly recommend it.
