Apartment holiday rentals in Las Pinas City

We had an awesome stay at Ava's Studio! I was able to book same day, and they even approved an earlier check-in time. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it was pic worthy! The hosts were very responsive too and made sure to check that everything was all right. Would 100% recommend to everyone looking for a well-priced, cozy, and comfy staycation place here in the South. :)

Jo was so easy to communicate with and is super friendly and accommodating. She is an amazing host! The location of the condo is ideal. It is so close to SM Las Pinas mall that shopping and dining are so convenient (literally maybe 100 steps). I stayed for two months and felt right at home. The guards/staff are so friendly as well. Overall, the condominium was clean, AC was solid, Wi-Fi allowed for remote work, and the atmosphere was pleasant. When I come back, I have every intention of staying here again :)

The place is clean, neat and cozy, it has also complete amenities that are ready to use. We enjoyed our stay as the owner is very accomodating and kind to answer are inquiries. It was a totally a great place to stay, silent and peaceful.

We find this place very convenient at the heart of south, near the mall, public transport and lots of restaurants around. Over-all our experience was fitting.

Despite its small size, the place is well organized. The design is minimalist, but you will find everything you need in the house.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The place is very welcoming and very clean upon arrival. Also, they have complete sets of cooking wares, utensils and other things needed in a staycation. Host is very responsive to all my messages providing me with helpful information. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely book here again.

Felt at home right from the start! The living area is so cozy, you can't help but fall asleep on the sofa. The beds are really comfortable too! Condiments and toiletries were provided, the condiments were in really cute bottles. The ceiling lights in the living and dining area are pretty. Parking is a breeze, right in front of the elevator. Kathleen is very responsive and really helpful. This place is very serene and peaceful, feels so nice to go home to after a stressful day at work. Awesome stay overall, will definitely book again!

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We’ll definitely book again soon.

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

Second time staying at Marichu's place. Marichu is one of my highly recommended host and property. Place is true to what you see in the pictures and how it is described.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

My stay at Wheen’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the mall and a lot of restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Shel’s place was great. Easy to get to and very safe. 7/11 and some fast food restaurants are in walking distance.
