Newly renovated one-bedroom apartment directly on the beach of Arguineguin, with balcony overlooking the ocean and marvellous sunsets! Be among the first to enjoy this beautiful apartment in the heart of an authentic Canarian town, right next to the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the best restaurants, sea-side bars and shopping options. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building with lift, in the first line. It is strictly non-smoking, maximum of 3 guests!

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
