Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds.
