Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. My friends and I from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

Exceptional!! Everything was absolutely perfect, the place is beautiful and very well decorated. Gilles and Nicole are extremely kind and welcomed us very well to their peaceful haven. We were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi, the heated pool and the small vegetable garden in their garden. The optional breakfast was also delicious. In the heart of Cantal, near the Dordogne gorges. You will enjoy the many nearby hikes. This old house made of old stones has been perfectly restored to the tastes of the day with care and with quality materials. It is very well equipped. We were a family of five, each able to enjoy their own private room with shower and the large shaded garden. It is a real favorite for us who come from the most beautiful department of France, the 64 (a little Basque-Béarnais chauvinism does not hurt...). Cantal and Salers will never replace Ossau-iraty cheese but you can find some GAEC and farm producers around that will make you discover this good cheese made on site!We recommend this place for nature lovers, those who love good things and outdoor activities. A charming place to discover absolutely. Perched in the middle of green nature with a view of the mountain, this buron is a real little gem. It feels like home. The accommodation is lovely. Calm, nature, songs and bird watching...rest and tranquility guaranteed. We had an unforgettable week of vacation at this beautiful Auvergne home. The layout is very well thought out, the grounds are large and perfectly fenced, which was ideal for the safety of our little Beagle. The calm that reigns and the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature invite you to relax and rejuvenate. The house is also a perfect starting point for hiking lovers, with a trail station nearby and many trails accessible from the village. Jacqueline welcomed us warmly, she was very responsive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you also for the welcome gift, both for us and for our little dog — a delicate attention that touched us a lot. Everything matched the listing and photos perfectly. Between sports activities and moments of rest, this week was perfect… even the weather was there! We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer as a bonus. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the Salins waterfall, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool largely contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! A newly built house was bound to be clean but I was pleasantly surprised about how light and airy the property was. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen reasonably well equipped. Although only a 10 minute stroll into the town - along a path beside the Dordogne river should you choose - the setting was very tranquil and well maintained. Th e bed was comfortable and the bedrooms had traditional French shutters for keeping cool or blocking out the light at night which was a big plus for me.

Francis offers a nice little accommodation, close to Aurillac, with a secure enclosed garden for our four-legged friends. Everything is designed to allow you to relax and rest while enjoying the comfort of a townhouse. I recommend it!

While the kitchen is quite small, the cookware is a standout, with high-quality pots, pans, and utensils that make cooking a pleasure despite the compact space. The location is a real highlight. Nestled in a quiet private garden, the gîte feels like a peaceful retreat, yet it’s just a short walk to nearby shops. The balance of seclusion and convenience is perfect. The walking trails right from the doorstep are stunning, winding through lush green countryside that feels refreshing and serene. The local farmers’ markets are a treat, packed with fresh produce and delicious regional specialties that inspired our meals. Patricia and Didier have created a lovely, comfortable escape, and we’d happily return.
