Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Posizione bellissima, immersa nel verde delle prime colline fiorentine, giardino e terrazza con vista splendida sulla città e tramonto. La casa è tenuta benissimo, con tutto il necessario e anche di più, come essere a casa. L’host è preciso, puntuale e molto disponibile, prima e durante il soggiorno. È veramente un posto magnifico che mi sento di consigliare a chiunque e nel quale spero di tornare !

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

We had an amazing time, we had 6 people and a toddler. The house was wonderful, the pool was a dream and my toddler loved the playground. You are high in the hills so a car is definitely a must to get around. It was a perfect way to end our trip in Italy. Nice and relaxing.

It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

The views from Janine’s villa are breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, a little slice of heaven. We visited with our two boys (5 and 10) who loved the pool and the spaciousness of the home and the grounds. Being so close to Panzano was the best perk because we were within a 7 minute drive to town for great restaurants, simple groceries, and pastries (as opposed to other villas that require a longer drive to get anywhere to eat/visit). A great base for exploring the surrounding area as well, and an easy day trip to Florence. There are excellent wineries within a 3 minute drive! Janine was a lovely, kind, and helpful host and gave us tips for local restaurants as well as places for our trip to Florence. It was very hot during our stay but the fans were enough to keep cool at night and we didn’t turn on the A/C. We stumbled across this little gem and if you’re lucky enough to do so as well, you will be swept up by the magic of the views and villa.

David’s place embodies elegance and tranquility. Beautiful interior with intricate touches. The backyard was huge and our pup enjoyed running around on it. It’s as described in the pictures. David was also a very kind host. Responsive to our questions and insightful when it came down to recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

The place is even more magical than you can see on the photos, truly amazing stay that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We stayed with 5 and 7 year old, my wife was not a huge fan of panda ride, to me it was an adventurous ride every day that I enjoyed. The part that I did not enjoy was carrying suitcases after panda over a 2min hike through the woods, its uneven terrain, but its worth if you are staying for multiple days. Pack lightly for this place thats my advice. My kids enjoyed visiting donkeys every morning, the home had every possible thing you could imagine and someone spent so much time in the architecture of this place and it shows and you cant stop taking photos. In the evening, you can see a bunch of fireflights if you stay out, and we are still not sure if the view us more beautiful in the evening than morning, hard to say. There us a restaurant at the premise where host organizes dinners, food was incredible. The host is super nice and responsive! ⭐️⭐️⭐

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus – alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch mit unserem Hund haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es war absolut hundefreundlich! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der angebotene Pizzaabend – das war nicht nur super gemütlich, sondern auch kulinarisch ein echtes Erlebnis. Ehrlich gesagt, eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 🌟

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Juri war sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war groß und bestens ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus und im kleineren Haus am Pool gab es jeweils eine Küche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sehr schön mit allen zusammen essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man knappe 10min, nach Lucca ins Stadtzentrum 15min und ca. 30min nach Pisa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Vor Ort ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine direkten Nachbarn.

Our family was beyond impressed with the quality and the beauty of Riccardo’s home, so much so that we contemplated extending our stay by a couple of days (sadly we had already flights booked). The home is well located in such a lovely city, with no shortage of places to visit and enjoy. It is so tastefully decorated and cleanliness is a given! Riccardo and Ana were both very amicable and added a personal touch that was the cherry on top for our stay. We can’t wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Lucca and its vicinities, especially if it’s a larger group. It is like a luxury hotel and home at the same time

Can't say enough great things about this villa and Cristina as it's host! This was a family trip with 12 of us, and the villa provided more than enough space, bathrooms, amenities, and convenience for everyone. Sleeping arrangements were plenty and comfortable, bathrooms were larger than what you might expect for a European villa, several of them with dual sinks as well, and lots of modern upgrades that made things convenient but nothing to steal away from the absolute charm of the villa, especially the back yard by the pool. We loved spending most of our time there when we weren't exploring inside the city walls of Lucca (which are right outside the front door of the villa, an easy 5-10 minute walk away!) There were also coffee shops, markets, a pharmacy, a bank, etc., right around the corner from the villa for even more convenience. And Cristina herself? AMAZING. So proactive with communication, provided tons of information, and was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. THE BEST.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

An enchanting place. The villa is steeped in history and the gardens with a small amphitheater and a distant view of Siena are spectacular. Great location from which to explore the rest of Tuscany. My family and I have enjoyed our stay.
