Our master bedroom has a king sized bed, & the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. Beautiful oak floors sweep through & the en-suite has an electric shower with underfloor heating. The small oak kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave & 2 bar stools. There is wifi and a 21 inch smart TV. Bifold doors open into a garden seating area

Our Studio is a large open plan room with pull down double bed, kitchen area with dbl hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge w icebox, and shower wet room. There is a mezzanine with additional double bed accessed via paddle stairs. Outside is a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning surroundings and views.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The Lobster Pot - Stylish apartment in Fowey

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.

It has a king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with electric shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small fire pit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch area for jackets and shoes and private parking area.
