Janine is an amazing host. We had a very comfortable stay during a hard time for our family. She makes you feel at home and willing to help you. Location is great just off highway.

Great location not far from the Newfoundland ferry. We saw icebergs from the house. Spacious, clean and neat. Didn't meet Haley, everything sort of runs automatically.

We stayed for Two nights and wished we had planed to stay longer as we liked it all so much. The apartment was very well equipped with excellent cooking facilities, we also made use of the washing machine to catch up on our laundry needs. Rowena and her husband were easy to communicate with and made sure the few quiries we had were responded to promptly. The apartment is very clean, quite and very private providing a peaceful environment. The village was very friendly where everyone seemed to wave as you drove and took time to stop and talk if we were walking. There just happened to be a massive iceberg stuck in the harbour at the time of our visit which made the visit extra special 🥰

Very spacious and comfortable home. The kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals. Catherine provides coffee (filter and Keurig), tea and essentials for cooking, which was much appreciated. My husband loved the turntable and good selection of Vinyls! We had a good night’s sleep in the very comfy bed. Catherine was very responsive and dealt quickly with questions we had. Absolutely recommend this home.

It was very cool to stay in a house with a historic past and family ties. Nicely renovated, comfortable and cozy. Great location for travel to L’Anse aux Meadows and St. Anthony’s for day trips. Check out the thrombolites in Flowers Cove minutes away. Would stay here again.

Margaret’s place was very convenient, located between the ferry and Red Bay. The hosts were extremely friendly! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. We would recommend staying there when visiting Labrador.

This is a truly impressive house with large windows that look out on spectacular views. We saw an iceberg in the distance. The eight of us were very comfortable, with plenty of room to sprawl out, to cook, and to eat big meals. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The entire house was very clean. The two bedrooms upstairs have an interesting bathroom-sharing arrangement. The tub/shower is not separated from the main bedroom and the toilet/ sink area has a portable screen as the door. It was a little awkward for the two couples sharing that floor, but it would work well for a family. We were very happy to find such an upscale property in this small town. We would not hesitate to stay here again
