5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Every think was great except finding Apartment #14was hard it was way down the road , the road needs immediate attention and levelling it's a gravel pathway and very bumpy, I was very careful driving my rental Wolkswagen Gulf but did some damage to the rocker panel and I will need to deal we the insurance company , our host Maurizio was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay the Apartment its self is gorgeous and have everything you would need, I definitely will recommend this place if you drive a 4X4 high clearance Jeep LOL

This is actually better than the photos and the garden was lovely. I suggested Manny buy some comfortable chairs for the garden so it will be interesting to see if he follows my advice! This is a beautiful part of he world and there is so much to do and see nearby. Manny is a good host and will help you if you need it.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely stunning views of Tuscany, a must book for the first time in the city. I loved every second of it, it is the best location and you are in the heart of the city

Lovely experience, would definately stay again! This casa has absolutely amazing views: from relaxing pool days to the stunning sunsets on the terrace. The location and the overall atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. Inside, there was everything we needed, great air conditioning and a cozy feeling. Parking was easy, and it’s a good base for day trips to Siena, Firenze and all other nearby locations, if you even feel like leaving this beautiful place. All unsere Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse wurden voll erfüllt. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist ein idealer Ort, um Ausflüge in der Toskana zu unternehmen. Carlo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gibt gute Hinweise und Vorschläge.
