The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Gute Autobahnverbindung in der Nähe nach Bremen und Weserpark, ebenfalls in der Nähe liegt Verden (Aller)/VogelPark/Magic Park/Wolf Center. Bettwäsche und Handtüche sind natürlich vorhanden, auch Smart-TV und Wlan sind inklusive.

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building on the outskirts of Langwedel - Völkersen. It can be reached via the back garden and an external staircase. The covered terrace (garden side) is about 30 m² in size. The apartment consists of a large, cozy living room (sofa bed) with dining table. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and the option to add a crib. There is a shower room and fully equipped kitchen.
