New apartment, well-equipped with taste, functional for 4 people We had a good time, easy to access with a place in front. Quiet residence, no noise.

If you are a couple spending a few nights in Nuremberg, book this place. It is a great location, pubs all around, but when you finish exploring Nuremberg and close the bedroom door, silence. We would book again for sure.

Very clean and well kept appartment. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped with the essentials. and the bathroom was beautiful and wel kept. It was not on the street and quite peaceful. Heidi was very responsive, kind and helpful. The appartment has a very unique style which may not be for everyone but I loved it.

We stayed here for 2 days and felt very comfortable. We arrived by car, parking on the street is no problem, by car you can quickly reach Bamberg, other worthwhile destinations or cities are also not far away. Apartment very well furnished, everything nice, new and modern. Very clean and maintained. Coffee, tea and even a bottle of wine were ready to welcome you. Clear recommendation, I'd love to come back.

Very clean place and great location (5 minutes walk to the metro station and 5 minutes drive to Kaufland). The host was very responsive and very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was really great – even better than in the pictures! Super modern and really cozy. There were six of us there and we had a lot of space. Despite the glass walls in the bedrooms, it was totally quiet. You didn't hear anything from the living area in the bedroom. There were also many small extras that made the stay even more pleasant. We would book again right away!

We loved staying with Kathrina. There was everything you needed and even more. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, offers a lot of storage space if needed and is perfectly located in beautiful Schwabach. Thank you, we enjoyed it!

Beautiful apartment! Totally exceeded our expectations. Much larger than we were expecting. And immaculately clean. Very comfortable bedrooms, and everything was beautifully decorated. Even had a fancy coffee machine in the kitchen! There is a lovely balcony and we enjoyed watching sunset and sunrise from here. Ivonne was an excellent host, and we were grateful for the treats she left for us. The honesty bar is a nice touch, too. We are on a driving trip through Germany, following the Castle Route, and this was absolutely our favorite place to stay! We will definitely return.

We had a really great time in the house – it was just everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest - ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

The stay was great. We had previously received all the important information about the accommodation, so the check-in worked easily. The house offers everything you need. It was very clean. The area is quiet and you can also use the great garden. We highly recommend the place!

We were on site with two small children. So the large garden with the many play equipment (swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox, ...) as well as the chickens and adjacent paddock with horses were very well received. There are also some toys available in the accommodation. At any rate, there was no boredom at any time. Just perfect for a break with your family. And otherwise, the furnishings of the accommodation leave nothing to be desired. A lot of what we had brought with us was actually already available on site (salt, pepper, tabs, ...). Communication with Birgit in advance and during the stay was also very pleasant - helpful and informative. For beer lovers, the region is of course beyond any doubt. Paradise on earth. Tip: the Pottensteiner from the Mager Brewery. In short: we will be happy to come back!

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's place. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

It was a lovely place,we felt like we are at home.

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very beautiful! The house sits on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle,coffee maker toaster etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean prepared for us. A beautiful farm and Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner on foot or by car. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and were always looking forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for the great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.
