Brigitte was welcoming and caring, the accommodation is located in a privileged environment close to the sea and the GR, everything was clean when we arrived and the Breton treats (butter biscuit and local cider) allowed a quality snack for adults and children. everything you need for the stay is available, it was great! We had a great time at Stéphane's place. Careful accommodation, very pleasant, very well located. We were able to explore the wild coast like the island of Bréhat. A lovely welcome. We'll be happy to go back!

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

Lilou's beautiful place was the perfect place to stay in Saint-Brieuc. It is a roomy, clean, quiet, place, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lilou provides quality amenities. The location is great with the centre of town easily walkable and its central location makes day trips up and down the coast easy. The introduction to the apartment by Lilou's mother was friendly and informative as was all communications with both Lilou and Silvia.

Well located accommodation, with self check-in, consistent with the descriptions and photos. Clean housing. Only small downside that does not concern the accommodation but the neighborhood, there are no trash containers in the street, which can be a problem when you eat fish, shellfish or melon!! Because the loft's trash cans are on the ground floor and it smells up the stairwell.

Lovely apartment. Cozy, in the middle of the city. Saint Brieuc Area is beautiful. Beautiful beaches and cliffs.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little back from the road, the environment is calm and peaceful. The interior design is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

We had excellent contact with Glenn and Christophe. The house is spacious and everything is done to ensure that you have a very good stay with family or friends. It is quiet, the garden is enclosed and the provision of all games and sports activities is a plus for vacationers.

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

We had a very good weekend in this beautiful house, decorated with great taste. The equipment is very complete and modern, nothing is missing. The cleaning is impeccable. The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance.
