The apartment was completed in March 2016 and furnished to a high standard. 5 minutes walk from the train station in a very quiet location. To the beach 5 minutes by foot. Open living-dining area with dining table with 4 chairs, big sofa, armchair, counter area with 2 bar stools, 30m2 roof terrace. Fully equipped fitted kitchen. Daylight bathroom with sauna, walk-in open shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with box spring cot, travel cot for babies. Two TVs, sound bar.

Please note all the Corona regulations of the state of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies until February 22 February, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of all kinds. Even if this is stated differently on Airbnb (unfortunately factually incorrect). Exclusive vacation home with terrace for your own use. The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
