In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. The apartment was completed in March 2016 and furnished to a high standard. 5 minutes walk from the train station in a very quiet location. To the beach 5 minutes by foot. Open living-dining area with dining table with 4 chairs, big sofa, armchair, counter area with 2 bar stools, 30m2 roof terrace. Fully equipped fitted kitchen. Daylight bathroom with sauna, walk-in open shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with box spring cot, travel cot for babies. Two TVs, sound bar.

For 2-3 people; centrally located overlooking the water tower. Frisian modern furnishings. Balcony with view of the countryside. All shops, restaurants, beach and sights are within walking distance. 3rd floor/attic without elevator The apartment is divided into living room and bedroom. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen and balcony overlooking the water tower. The apartment is very bright and cozy. It offers all the necessities for a relaxing vacation.

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Sweet and modern apartment on the North Sea <3

Aloa her holiday tires, best read all the text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Also, it's my small private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic apartment, but a private accommodation. Which of course is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From fully automatic coffee to a Wii U, it has it all. If you want to unlock more levels, you are welcome. ;-)

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
