Courtyard sided, the apartment is extremely quiet and free from trafic noise. Outline, flooring, tiling and a lot of the furnituring are the product of a three year love project. The massive birchwood flooring gives a feeling of connectedness, its white lye and soap treatment make walking on it soft and soothing and the rooms bright. The light blue and white art nouveau tiling in the bathroom combined with the strong red mosaic shower impress a sunrise feeling on an everyday basis.

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an old and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hot plate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf within walking distance, museum gugging accessible via beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpful. When arriving, note that there is the same street name twice in the area. So it's best to enter the address right away with the correct postal code in the navigation system. :)

We spent an extended weekend in Winfried's apartment - wonderful location in Döbling, very green and quiet. The apartment is very nice and spacious and absolutely recommended. Winfried was very friendly and personally welcomed us and also gave us very good tips for the area. I found the selection of books in the apartment very interesting.

Nikolaus’s place was the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in - so clean, comfortable beds, lots of greenery, kitchen was fitted with great saucepans and frypans and good quality crockery and glassware. 40 mins to Vienna City by public transport, but we were happy to stay out of the very busy city in the peaceful surrounds at Nikolaus’s place. Aldi was a 10 min walk away as was Spar. Stift, 15 mins walk away was a lovely little town with a great restaurant (Leopold) and amazing Abbey. The town of Kierling was lovely too. Highly recommended.

Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with me! Miggy is really cute. Her house is close to Hauptbanhof, so I could go to Bratislava via Flixbus after German class in PM. The cheap supermarket Hofer is just across the street.
