We were completely satisfied with the apartment. Hahnenklee is a super nice place to spend a few adventurous days with kids. Many beautiful hiking trails and the toboggan mountain is great for smaller children.

Had a great three week stay! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described in the pictures. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant – perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The accommodation is very nice and equipped with many things. The area is very quiet and there are many day trip destinations. Also an optimal starting point for hiking. We took a generation family vacation and there was something for everyone. In three of the four bedrooms, I lacked the wardrobes. Since we arrived with children, we would have needed additional storage space. It should also be mentioned that you cannot swim well in the lake directly in front of the house, as there are many stones there. There is another lake, max. 5 minutes on foot with forest bath.

We had been in the accommodation for one night with 10 girls. The accommodation is very modern and Vjollca always responded quickly and also allowed us to check out later. Highly recommended and we would definitely come again.

The place was super nice! We were there with 2 couples and a medium-sized dog. The apartment is very modern! Partly really high-tech 👌🏻 A very nice bathroom and everything very newly renovated. You can quickly reach various hiking trails on foot.

We had a very nice stay. Only people over 1:80m have to be careful not to bump their heads here and there. Otherwise perfect for groups even with small children!

Gerrit is a super nice and attentive landlord. He's coming to an eagle. I would go to him again and again. We enjoyed the week extremely well. All the basic amenities in a household were already available.

The apartment is located in a quiet area with great views of the mountains. Everything necessary for a short or long stay was available in the apartment. Marion is an excellent host. A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

A nice quiet and cozy accommodation in the countryside. It was very relaxing there. The furnishings are high-quality and as good as new, and the kitchen also offers everything you need for cooking. You can feel at ease. The check-in and check-out were different than usual, but after some discussion, something could be arranged. Please note that additional bed linen and towels should be brought and that those provided on site should also be brought to Berlin. Overall, it was a nice time at the accommodation.
