What a beautiful serene spot. I’ve always stayed in the hub bub of downtown Eugene but this place trumps them. You are close enough to be anywhere in 5 minutes but you have a gorgeous view of trees and flowers off the porch, a safe place to park your car, and all the quiet you need. I loved wandering around and poking through all the books and then snuggling up with a pile of them. Great decor. Coffee. Comfortable bed.

The view is beautiful from this tranquil setting above the covered bridge/river. The interior design, decor, linens are of the highest quality and the kitchen very well equipped. Overall a true gem!

An absolute gem of a place in the serene and beautiful Oregon forests. Only about 20 minutes away from Eugene so a quick drive away from civilization, but secluded enough for a peaceful stay with nature. The space is very well furnished, tastefully decorated, and super clean. The hosts obviously put a lot of care into making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely amazing! She truly made it feel like it was your own home. It’s was nicely decorated and had everything you could need there. It was clear a lot of love and care was put into the place and was worth the price! It’s less than 10 minutes away from downtown Eugene. The street was really quiet and felt super cozy. Dralyn’s place was perfect for our trip to Eugene! Private with a beautiful garden but also accessible to everything we needed - 1 mile away from Hayward field and the university! He was a great host - checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was going well, and the place was very well suited for a long weekend stay. Bed is extremely comfortable as well - probably the best we have slept in months!

What a cute and cozy place! We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The bed was comfy, the shower is nice, and it was easy to check in. We would absolutely stay again :)

The Woodsy Studio was a perfect location for our visit to Eugene. Located in the Friendly neighborhood, it’s walking distance to the Friendly Street Market and the Garden on Friendly, and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go during our stay. The studio itself is beautifully designed and outfitted, perfect for one or two guests. We felt completely at home, and loved being surrounded by trees and awakened by birdsong. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Eugene.

Nice neighborhood location with easy access to the river trail. It was cold and drizzly when we visited and both the main room and the bedroom were cozy warm thanks to the mini split in each room. The kitchen is functional and we used it to bake tea cakes for our college student. Would stay here again.

What a nice find for our trip to get my son settled into Eugene. Peaceful apt, very conveniently located to U of O, walking trails, nearby park. Beds are very comfy. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen met our needs and being stocked with coffee is always a plus! Never heard noise from the main house or street. Would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in Eugene! Faith’s private suite was exactly what I needed—quiet, clean, and comfortable. Communication before arrival was clear and helpful, and the self-check-in with the keypad made things super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch when I asked for milk or creamer for my coffee—Faith brought it right to my door! I came and went as needed, check-out was a breeze, and the entire stay was seamless. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Faith!

I had such a wonderful stay! Diane is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit is spacious and has a lot of natural light. The backyard is lovely and there’s a great view of it from the bedroom. The neighborhood is really nice, full of gorgeous flowers in the spring, great for walking your dog, and super close to a ton of places. I really loved my time here!

Very comfortable space to rent while visiting Eugene. Pros- safe, beautiful neighbourhood, easy to find, comfy mattress, centrally located. Cons- it was shared on the listing that you can hear noise from upstairs… that is true. You can hear people walking around and moving things very clearly which made us think perhaps they could hear us in the flat. It was very quiet at nighttime however. The bed was super comfortable but bed pillows could be replaced. The bathroom linens were clean but some had bleach stains on them. It would be nice if the kitchen utensils included smaller spoons for cereal and sharp dinner knives. Overall, this property is a nice space and we enjoyed our stay.

The space was even more beautiful than in May, as now all of her gorgeous front garden was blooming! There is a space for relaxing with your complementary coffee among the flowers, and even outdoor use blankets available for the morning chill. Both the bed and and couch are comfortable for sleeping, and there were extra blankets available if needed. Eileen is very kind and courteous, and recommended a wonderful restaurant last time. She has done an amazing job with the small space, making us feel right at home.

Eugene is a best kept secret of the West Coast. From wineries and a delectable food scene to gorgeous buttes and waterfall trails, Track Town USA has it all, including Little House. Her space is very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area close to many local amenities. Inside the house, she ensures your mornings include the ingredients to make your own coffee or tea. When the weather is nice, enjoy a cuppa on the porch; you are shielded from the main road by a lushly landscaped yard. At the end of the day, one can create memorable meals in the well equipped kitchen - cooking and wine is always a treat! The soft foam mattress is covered in high quality linens. It will usher in a restful nights sleep. Even better if it’s raining outside. And make sure you acknowledge the plants - they all have names as it was. Your Hostess, Erin, is lovely. Very kind, full of great suggestions, and is responsive to the communications. With care, she will ensure an enjoyable stay with grace and heart.

Debbie’s space was just as described in the photos and very clean and comfortable. The view from the back patio is gorgeous and the farm animals were so fun to see.

Great location. Close to several great restaurants and Hayward Field. Was a peaceful and cozy accommodation. Even had a lot of great books.

Cute little suite that was ideal for our overnight needs. The river walk access across the street was perfect for a jog with my dog.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Lovely walking in the area and looking at the homes and their gardens! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Super cute place. The location is fantastic - nice and quiet but so close to campus, the river, downtown. The use of space in this little studio is amazing - it's got all you need.
