I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Wonderful experience. Very romantic. The place was immaculate. The location is fantastic with great walkability. There are excellent restaurants all within a short distance. And it is a shoppers paradise! Oceane provided clear instructions to access the apartment. Oceane also had a welcoming gift of yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, wine, and coffee waiting for us which was very thoughtful! A word of caution, the apartment is located on the top floor and there is no elevator (which is disclosed in the listing). The stairs (all 92 of them) are brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage. Thank you, Oceane, for a great stay!

The only downside about our stay was that it was too short. An amazing location to rest and relax — central to many excursions. Everything necessary for an enjoyable stay was provided, but most exceptional was the service provided by the hosts.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

We have just spent a week at Franks place. The Chartrons district is just wonderfully positioned and the tram stop was almost on the doorstep. The area was very quiet, yet so easy to walk to a multitude of wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was very well represented by the photographs, and we were really comfy there. It was also nice and cool inside, although our weather was a bit mixed. Two really good fans are available for use. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking with plenty of crockery and glassware. The shower was very effective and always hot. Frank met us there to hand over the keys, and checked in with us a couple of times during the stay to make sure we were ok. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

We had a very nice week in a very nice accommodation overlooking the pool in a very quiet location! We felt very comfortable there.

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the (in my opinion acceptable) price for the location directly on the water. The village center of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets are within walking distance. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. St. Martin de Ré, for example, is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

This is a lovely apartment and just as described. It has been very tastefully renovated and the fixtures and fittings are high quality and comprehensive. The location in the old quarter of Bergerac, near the river and close to shops, restaurants and tourist opportunities is first rate and it would be hard to find something better in a 2 bed apartment. Highly recommended and I am sure we will book again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!
