Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lancieux

Our stay at Mike and Dave’s Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. "The Barn" was spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques, tapestries, and beautiful carpets. Each bedroom had its own modern, well-equipped bathroom with wonderful shower water pressure. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The large garden was peaceful and inviting, with lounge chairs, yard games, a badminton net, and a fenced-in area with goats. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the variety of birds around the property. Our dog was welcomed and had plenty of space to roam. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas were available and comfortable. The carved wooden canopy beds were a charming and cozy feature. Mike and Dave were excellent hosts: friendly, responsive, and helpful with restaurant suggestions and tips for visiting Mont Saint-Michel. They are fluent in French and English. This is a very cool, modern purpose-built guesthouse. It has very modern facilities, including coffee machine etc. The heating is a very cool automatic wood-fire, but it is quite complicated so I would recommend discussing it with Adrien so he can set the timer to suit you. The location is very rural, with chickens and geese for neighbours! It was perfect for my cycle ride up through France to St Malo.

Overall very spacious and bright accommodation, with in particular a beautiful ceiling space serving the kitchen, the dining room and the living area. A large library gives a very nice touch to the whole, with lots of books and small colorful objects. Large terrace with sea view. Finally, children are welcome with a protected garden and a room furnished for them, with in particular a kitchenette.

Wonderful stay! Whether it was the hosts, the cottage or the location, everything was perfect. Everything is designed for relaxation and sharing. The games room is a real plus! Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation offered by Laetitia and her husband. The studio is well appointed, tastefully decorated and everything is there, there is nothing lacking. Laetitia even took care of finding us a high chair which greatly facilitated our stay with our 10-month-old daughter. Thanks again for that. The garden is beautiful and the view from the accommodation is very relaxing. Several touches were present upon arrival🥚🐔🍫, a small detail that makes a difference. Laetitia remained very available if you need anything or have any questions. We warmly recommend this listing 👌
