Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lancieux

This is a very cool, modern purpose-built guesthouse. It has very modern facilities, including coffee machine etc. The heating is a very cool automatic wood-fire, but it is quite complicated so I would recommend discussing it with Adrien so he can set the timer to suit you. The location is very rural, with chickens and geese for neighbours! It was perfect for my cycle ride up through France to St Malo.

Very nice accommodation faithful to the photos, an incredible view and a very nice garden! The accommodation is very comfortable and suitable for a group of 12 people. Very nice welcome and Marie was very accommodating! I recommend :)

Overall very spacious and bright accommodation, with in particular a beautiful ceiling space serving the kitchen, the dining room and the living area. A large library gives a very nice touch to the whole, with lots of books and small colorful objects. Large terrace with sea view. Finally, children are welcome with a protected garden and a room furnished for them, with in particular a kitchenette.

Accommodation as described, great location in a quiet subdivision with all the comforts necessary for a family stay. The house was spotless, perfect for us. A little cat who was an accomplice to our children and very attentive hosts with little tips for the stay. Recommended.

Wonderful stay! Whether it was the hosts, the cottage or the location, everything was perfect. Everything is designed for relaxation and sharing. The games room is a real plus! The bedding is at the top, the accommodation is very well equipped and we all had an unforgettable time. A big thank you Sarah and Gregoire for your hospitality and kindness.

Very nice rental, spacious and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to beaches and cities, while being quiet. Check-in and check-out went very well. The guidelines are clear and the person is nice. The only note we could make is the lack of curtains or shutters in the upstairs bedrooms. You should also know that the dorm room is located between the upstairs bedrooms and is therefore not isolated from the passageway. We recommend this rental without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

Very nice welcome to this lovely place. The decoration is neat and done with great taste. Lots of small touches for tenants:-) The proximity to the sea and the availability of the spa are major assets. We had a great time as a couple with two children and two dogs. Thank you again for a great time, we can only warmly recommend our hosts.

Virginie's apartment exceeded our expectations and her warm welcome made our stay even more memorable. The terrace on the outside overlooking the vegetation gives the apartment an exotic and airy look and the interior is warm and welcoming. The ideal solution to visit the area and Dinan is the ideal base because it is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

Ideal accommodation for resting in peace. We spent 3 days with good weather so the large garden was a great plus. There's something for everyone, young and old! Responsive and very friendly host.
