Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lancaster County

Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

6 of us stayed here to celebrate my broth-in law’s 60’s birthday. It was perfect! We really enjoyed the location, the interior, and the beautiful exterior space. Had fun renting the pontoon boat for an afternoon, used kayaks, played arcade, ping pong and had a big BBQ on the expansive deck. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful!! The house was big enough for our family(plus fur child) daughter's family,and my mom. Loved the big kitchen, all the bedrooms, bathrooms, pool table and fireplace. It was nice having a carport to be able to unload our groceries since a pop-up thunderstorm decided to happen when we went to grocery store. We came for the Metallica concert- but hoping to be able to come again and visit some more of surrounding areas of Charlotte- and would love to stay again at the Wesley House!! (Son loved Wesley in the backyard)

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

The location was great. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Also downtown parks and playground are great for the kids

I’m a frequent traveler and loved this place. Quiet neighborhood and a nice place to sit out back and relax surround by some old trees. Very close to the downtown area which has several great spots to eat and have a beer or glass of wine. Easily walkable if you wanted. Also very quick drive to the normal haunts. Brandon was a great host and made sure everything was what I needed. I’ll be staying here regularly as it’s much more comfortable than any hotel in the area. Also if you are staying multiple days the quality laundry and kitchen makes life much easier as well. 5-stars Ps: great parking are which you don’t always get.

The best quality one could ask for! Plus detailed and thoughtful extras! I’ve now had that deep soak relaxing bath I’ve needed for forever. Thee tub, folks! And candles to boot! This place was the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and functionality. The yard was beautiful and very large. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very close to shopping without the noise or busy vibe. The garage was so helpful for loading/unloading the car. The patio was enclosed and I was not eaten alive by bugs. Loved that. The lighting was modern and attractive. The vaulted ceiling was cool. All the little extra details, well equipped kitchen, and care were definitely noticed and appreciated. Would LOVE to visit again in the future when back in town! Thank you to the host and the fantastic cleaning crew! You made our days for the length of our stay! 😊

The host was very responsive and the Airbnb is in a fantastic area. I've been lucky to have great Airbnb accomodations and hosts in the past. Nivedita may possibly be the best host I've experienced.

Perfect place for my conference at the ballentine. Easy to get into with remote lock app and Spencer was super responsive. Place was clean and nice, safe area, and the bed was very comfortable

Great little place to stay out of the way! Came to Waxhaw to take care off my parent's estate and it was nice to come back to Lori's place to relax at the end of the night and decompress. Would stay again!

Juliette’s place was perfect for an event in town. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and part of the event we came for this weekend. When we arrived, there were fresh cut flowers arranged on the table that were gorgeous! This space is very calming and inviting and perfect for a weekend to just get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy week. I highly recommend staying with Juliette if this is exactly what you are looking for.

The condo was lovely and well stocked. Great location, I will definitely book it again!

We have stayed at Leah’s house many times. It is clean, safe and perfect for us. We really appreciate her letting us check-in earlier this time.

Leah was very accommodating,I had asked if I could check in early and because the place was ready I was able to do so, after I checked in she messaged me to make sure everything was good, Leah's place will be my first pick,when in town

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Host addressed an issue we had in the same day and was very responsive. We will stay here again when we visit Charlotte again.
