Loft holiday rentals in Lambrate, Milan

All I can say is WOW. Wait until you step onto that balcony and get the view, you will understand exactly what I mean. Stunning views, gracious host, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely delightful place. Spacious, clean and modern. Beautifully furnished and appointed. Every appliance that you could want, each one of stylish, modern European design. Fantastic air conditioning, a MUST HAVE in Milan during the summer. No less than 4 separate, powerful air conditioning units. The building is extremely safe and secure with multiple sequential locked doors to pass through to gain access. The key ring for the apartment actually has 4 separate keys. I really appreciated the extreme security. The self check in process was smooth. Guglielmo provided detailed step by step instructions to gain entry. Guglielmo himself is extremely prompt and responsive with all communication. The location is great, in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood. There's easy access to public transportation with major tram routes a five minute walk away. The neighbourhood has a choice of a large number of restaurants clustered right around Arco Della Pace.

Tutto perfetto Casa pulita e posizione veramente ottima

The place is conveniently located near the Porta Garibaldi station, which is great if you’re coming from a different city. As other reviewers have pointed out, the place has an interesting layout with the spiral staircase and the toilet / shower being on separate floors, it was tough at times going up and down the stairs. This space comfortably fits 2-4 people, 6 might be a lot given there’s only one full bath but there are enough beds for 6 people. FYI the shower area is smaller than I expected, it was manageable for me since I’m short and petite but might be tough for someone taller / larger. I appreciated the AC units in the place since the weather was unexpectedly hot when we were visiting. Annalisa was responsive and helpful! She messaged promptly and met us in front of the place at check in. She even sent a long list of local spots which we appreciated. I recommend this spot for the location and price!

Our stay in Milano was greatly facilitated by Cristina's apartment. We are happy to walk 30 minutes at a time, but highlight areas are all quite a bit closer than 30 minutes. Sleep at night is a plus/minus: on the plus side the bed is firm (just the way we like it) but there is a chance an ambulance or two might go by at any hour of the night. Cristina keeps the place spic and span, which shows her level of care to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay in Milan! The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating—he let us drop our bags off early, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was just as described, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Le logement proposé par Alessio et Valeria est très bien situé comme indiqué sur l'annonce vous pouvez quasiment tout faire à pied. L'appartement est confortable et propre, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Milan. merci beaucoup à eux !

Det var helt nydelig å være litt lenger unna sentrum og bilen sto trygt parkert 😊. Anbefaler for de som ikke vil kjøre gjennom trange gater eller kjøre gjennom mye trafikk.

Alessio gaf heel veel en duidelijke informatie over het binnenkomen, heel fijn zelfs met video filmpjes. Alessio is ook heel proactief in het helpen van al je vragen, geeft duidelijk aan waar je terecht kunt in welke winkels en restaurants mbt diëten. Geeft zelfs een kortingscode! Is ook heel behulpzaam in het meedenken in je activiteiten en vervoer. Dit is heel erg prettig. Kortom hele fijne communicatie. Het appartement is mooi, modern en netjes. Het is erg schoon en uitgerust met HUE systeem wat prettig is.

Marzio is an Amazing host & we absolutely love his apartment. The apartment is decorated very stylish & the beds were extremely comfortable and a very nice kitchen and bathroom. This is the second time we have stayed here and we are very happy with the property and the surrounding area with all the wonderful restaurants and beautiful sites to see. Marzio was always there for anything we needed he went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this lovely loft!!

The place was very convenient for a Four night stay. The loft was spacious and visibly appealing. Walkable distance from the metro and very close to the shopping and thrifting areas. Extremely good restaurants close by too. Had an excellent experience.

Weve had a wonderful time in Milan, The hosts were super helpful and always responded right away. we even lost a package we bought during shopping and the host called the place for us and got it back for us. next to that they were very helpful with reccomendations and taxi services. the place itself was super nice and smellled great too. We loved the high ceilings and windows.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in totale relax. Siamo stati molto bene e anche il nostro cagnolino è stato a suo agio. Un angolo di paradiso dentro la metropoli. La cucina era super attrezzata, con tanti prodotti a nostra disposizione, anche per prepararci qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Francesca, sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche le bibite in frigo, il gelato e il vino in cantinetta. Biancheria profumatissima. Doccia emozionale. Prodotti per l'igiene ottimi. È stato il tocco per rendere indimenticabili ii giorni a Milano, in occasione della laurea di nostra figlia. Peccato per l'idromassaggio, non utilizzabile, ma eravamo già informati, perché scritto sul sito.

Had a great Stay at Marco and Francesca's place. Very easy walk to city Life and MiCo, As well as public transport to the duomo and other attractions. Overall The place is suitable for single or young couple, as The stairs might be dangerous for small kids. One thing I didn't like was the building being not very sound proof, but luckily there wasn't too much noise during my stay.
