Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lakeside

This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

Kristie’s location was perfect! We needed something quick and budget friendly and we came across this cute little cozy home. Our first time staying in a tiny house and it was just enough for what we needed. It was very clean and inviting. Amenities that were listed were available. VERY PRIVATE! We didn’t mind the traffic sounds at night, it was quite peaceful! 10/10 RECOMMEND!💕

Had a great stay here. It was a very relaxing getaway and the pool was great! Enjoyed the shower and the tub as well! My family had a great time!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Home so peaceful. The moment we walked in, we felt absolutely at home! My mother stayed here who has respiratory problems and it was rather hot the weekend we stayed. Christopher was kind enough to come over and check on the AC for us and bump it down a little bit to help her breathe easier. He was super friendly and kind, & explained everything. We would definitely return to this home! This is our second time here with different family members and each experience has been wonderful.

This home was perfect for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s perfect to go for walks. It felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and the location is perfect. The coffee bar and patio was the selling point for us. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Such a beautiful home for all ages! We loved swimming in the lake every morning and the ease of the open floor home. It was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely be back

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

We had a wonderful time. We appreciated having a very clean room with working coffee maker, toaster and microwave available. We would like to stay there next time we visit Jacksonville.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

Had a great stay in Jax Beach. As a local to the area I knew this was a great choice for a spur of the moment stay. Close to local activities. Nicole provided a fantastic list of local restaurants. Being right at the beach with choice of time in the ocean or enjoying the pool was priceless.
