This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new construction less than 1 mile from Lake Texoma. This one bedroom unit is 500 square feet featuring new furniture and appliances. Wifi and 65” Smart TV. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room that lets out to full size. Heat and air available with split units in the living room and bedroom. Outside picnic table and BQ grill, Edison lights and 5 chairs surrounding a fire pit.

Resting Sequoia

Wonderful place to get away from it all, a resting retreat. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.
