Newly Built , Fresh Place to Stay .

We had a great stay at this spacious studio right in the heart of Te Anau. The place was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom which was spotless. One of the highlights was having access to a washer and dryer — such a convenience when traveling! Matt even went the extra mile and got a brand new dryer, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-equipped, centrally located place to stay.

Such a brilliant home to have stayed in, the perfect place for exploring Te Anau and for our day trip to Milford Sound! The home is even more spacious than the photos suggest, is spotlessly clean, and incredibly cosy with the gas fireplace that warms up the living room in just a few minutes - we didn’t even need to put the heater on and we stayed when it was 7 degrees out. Arriving to a HUGE hamper of treats like fruits, crisps, snacks, sweet treats and milk etc was such a generous and special touch - thank you so much Heather! Bed is super comfy and it’s an incredibly quiet location, despite being walkable to plenty of restaurants.

Wish we could have stayed longer at Leane’s place. Beautiful house, modern and warmly decorated, kitchen well furnished, spacious living rooms. Definitely coming back when we got the chance. Highly recommended for big group or family.

A very chill and cozy stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring the area. What really stood out was how incredibly family-friendly the place was. There were plenty of toys and books to keep our 2-year-old son entertained—he absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The host, Mel, had clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. From the welcome chocolates to the lovely bottle of wine, every detail made us feel special. There was also a wealth of local recommendations and guides neatly provided, which made planning our outings so much easier and more enjoyable. Mel was very responsive and helpful throughout, ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this home, especially for families with young children. We’d love to return!

Simone's place was our favorite stay during our south island road trip! The whole interior is so elegantly designed and thoughtfully put together down to the details. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. Simone also left an awesome booklet of local recommendations for food and things to do nearby. The house's location is a short drive into town for restaurants or groceries, and is a great stop for a day trip into Milford Sound. 100% would come back, we didn't want to leave!

Rhonda’s place is much better than the pictures. I was surprised even when I saw from outside. When I got to know everything she provided for the visitors even more. I’ve been to so many different Airbnb but hers is the first one that has so many amenities! Everything you need from the kitchen she left there, also a lot of options for the kids to play (they were amazed with the bath toys). Her house doesn’t seem an Airbnb, it seems as a friend’s house who invite you in. All the details she is worried we can see as we stayed there, definitely a lovely experience and the best option in Te Anau!
