This Newly Remodeled Home has many amenities, farm animals (that make farm sounds), fresh eggs when available, and tons of parking! There is a pull through driveway. This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Beautiful 1 bedroom casita that sits next the the golf course and rim trail. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart tv, Great amenities! The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
