Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Pend Oreille

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

This is a great stay for a couple that wants to be near the downtown/lake section of CDA but not stay in the resort. We enjoyed the seating outside, hot tub, clean and comfortable accommodations, and cutesy quaint neighborhood. We even saw the massive black, brown, and white bunnies and encountered a flock of wild turkeys while driving. Very convenient to Tubbs Hill trailhead and the big park and boardwalk. Ron was very responsive during our stay and gave clear directions- I appreciate renting from owners like him.

This property is absolutely enchanting and so romantic. It was the perfect peaceful getaway my husband and I needed after a stressful time. The view is breathtaking, and the house is situated to take full advantage of it.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

We loved this BnB. It's in a planned community think planned trails, amenities etc. Most of the other homes are rentals as well. It's quiet and clean. My toddlers loved the nature trail, beach, dock, beach toys and ample bike riding trails. The house encompasses everything about north idaho lake life that I love. The house is in great condition. It's well stocked and the appliances are all very nice. We hope to be back again.

Emily and Greg were fantastic hosts, and their Airbnb was truly one of the best and most thoughtfully designed places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care they put into every detail of the space. They were also incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and downtown shopping. Super convenient and easy to explore the area without needing a car. The amenities were a highlight. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat, and the home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had a really welcoming feel. There truly weren’t any downsides. I felt completely at home and relaxed the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Emily and Greg, for such a memorable experience!

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Very nice place to stay. My wife and I planned a couple nights away without kids to relax and recharge. This is exactly the place we were looking for, we felt completely private. It was quiet and the place was well stocked with items you may need or may have forgotten. We spent the weekend going into town and seeing the water and eating at restaurants. At the location we played games, shot some hoops, and enjoyed a nice fire at night after using the hot tub. The only recommendation we have are it might be nice to provide a citronella candle, we typically will bring one camping with us but spaced it here. The mosquitos can be quite aggressive. The other thing is that GPS directions drove us up a neighbors driveway, we were able to figure it out but this is not something we were warned of. Again these are just recommendations and we would absolutely stay here again!

What a terrific place! The host were unbelievable accomadating to our needs! It was clean well cared for & exactly like what was described! Definentely a place we will stay at again.

Lovely cozy apartment for 2 less than 30 minutes walk to the lake or 4 minutes drive. Loads of parking by the lake so easy to access the lake with the restaurants and shops . Very close to the turn off to east of the lake to Harrison.I recommend that drive. Chris and Maria and their wonderful assistance Amy were so kind to us. We left an important document behind and they sorted out fedexing the document .Thank you Chris,Maria and especially Amy !

Excellent place to stay while I visited my grandchildren. Loved that it is pet friendly too

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s! The place was clean, comfortable, and up to date. We felt right at home. The place was also free of any clutter and made it easy for our toddler to play and wander without us having to worry about her getting into things. The place had all the amenities we needed to make our stay easy and stress-free. We would totally stay there again!

Great apartment in easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown. Very private, self-service. Very clean and well appointed. It will usually be a quiet spot, but right now, construction starts nextdoor at 7:30am (except Sundays). The very firm mattress will make some people happy. Easiest to find by using an app to get to the front of the house, then go around the corner to the south to find the little dirt alley to the back driveway. Deanne was very welcoming, quick to communicate, and accommodating!

Great place! Everything is in walking distance. The home was very clean as well.

Douglas was a great host. We didn't see him but he was responsive to emails and questions. It was fun to have access to the bikes to cruise around the neighbourhood and to the grocery stores. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would stay again if in the area

Pauline and Scott have a truly beautiful property with honey bees, colorful birds, and lazy turkeys in sight, flowers abound with their greenhouse and their green thumbs are on full display, the living space is cozy with a hot shower and comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, you will enjoy your peaceful night of sleep here, Pauline communicates quickly and is a delight to interact with, we plan to stay here again on our next Sandpoint vacation, two thumbs up in every category.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

Very clean, nice long bathtub, and great shower. The Dr. Teals Epsom Salts was great. The salt was empty, and they took the steps above expected to get it replaced.

This place is an absolute gem. Will come back whenever I need a 2-4 night stay in Kellogg. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. I would say condo looks even better in person than it does in the photos.

Quiet and safe. The rooms were spacious and private bathrooms for each of the rooms. Worked extremely well for a two family stay.

We have stayed at several units at this property throughout the years, this one was my favorite. Unit was clean and as described, we had enough dishes and pans to cook with and feel right at home. We stayed for a local event and had easy access to everything. As soon as I get the dates for next years event, I’ll book a year in advance to stay here again. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.

We had a wonderful stay and was a great base camp for visiting Silver Mountain. The whole place was super clean. The apartment is right by the freeway but the noise was not an issue. Note, there is another rental above this Airbnb. The full kitchen was awesome for cooking our own meals. The hot tub was fun too. Overall, I recommend this place!
