Waterfront holiday rentals in Lake Ouachita

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Place was very clean and spacious, we appreciated the pool and sauna area as well which weren’t busy on a weekend in late May. The only thing was the office was closed all weekend so we weren’t able to do any of the activities offered like mini golf, kayaking, or paddle boating but everything else was available and we had a great time nonetheless. Also, the garbage from the previous stay was still there (to the side of the back porch) and it smelled a bit so I mentioned it to Candace. She offered to pick it up but never did which wasn’t a big deal but I hope they make sure to do that in the future.

Casey's place was fantastic. It was very clean. There were extra linens, which is always nice when you have a child who might have a pull-up leak over night or who knows what. The porch was relaxing and a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee in the morning before the kids woke up. The older kids enjoyed the games that were provided. Casey thought of just about everything!! We did arrive at dark and turning in past Motel 6, we were a little concerned about the area. However, once getting past that the area was fine. Parking is right in front of the condo door, which is perfect. FYI: Walmart delivers to this address- so we had a delivery set once we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! The mirrors and windows really made the place stand out and I loved it. I always like to stay out on the porch and this one was perfect. For hours at a time without a phone or tablet. The sounds of the water, the birds chirping, and nobody disturbing you. The lake with the mountains in the background was a great view. There’s turtles sunbathing and geese flying it all was so beautiful. And the place felt so clean as well. I never second-guessed any surface I touched like I do at some places. Loved how it was just about 20 minutes away from downtown but a gorgeous drive there and back

Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or described. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Super fast communication. Julia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The home is prettier than the pics. The view is intoxicating. Julia was so helpful and communicated promptly. I honestly can’t wait to go back. The drive will seem a lil far from downtown but the drive is peaceful & relaxing w/ a eatery close by. .

This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! Great place! Super clean. They just purchased a new hot tub and it worked great. We used it daily. My husband and grown sons loved the pool table. I loved the swing on the balcony. My husband used the grill one night and said it heated up really well. My son and daughter in law used the paddle board and kayak twice. The dock hasn't been rebuilt yet but they were able to get in the water right next to the fence with no problem. Wear bug spray if you go down to the water. There are vicious red bugs that ate my husband up! Definitely would recommend Eric's place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

Kristi's place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location was less than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do, secluded enough to unwind after a long day of hiking or digging for crystals or shopping or visiting the bath houses. The house was well stocked and was very comfortable for just hanging out and spending time together. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Perfect two nights in a very spacious 2 story home in a wooded setting. Decks off of kitchen and upstairs Master Bedroom. The stairs to the lake and dock are steep but I was certainly able to make the walk and I have a total knee replacement scheduled for July 14. The lake was not our primary interest for the time there. Garvan Woodland Garden, The Pancake Shop, Superior Bathhouse Brewery, shopping downtown, grilling on the patio. Great time !!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect! The house is close to many of the local attractions. We went crystal mining, explored downtown Hot Springs, hiked in the nearby State Park, and enjoyed the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Kevin and Erini are great hosts! They answered all our questions promptly and gave great recommendations. Perfect place for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our long holiday weekend at Chris's condo. We spent the majority of our time there on the covered balcony taking in the views and watching storms come and go over the lake. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for a couple. Easy check-in and Chris was very responsive to any message we sent.

It was our first trip to Arkansas. We loved the place, it was very relaxing for me. The pool was nice too! Martha responded quickly and also made sure my husband had a place to park his boat. We will definitely be back!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

Not only was Murphy an incredible host, the property was pristine! What an amazing view, updated and incredibly clean condo. We cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the condo, especially sitting looking out over the river. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Jess was very easy to deal with. A lovely stay.

We got to meet the hosts! They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had a small hiccup but they were so quick to respond and couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating! Will definitely recommend as a host and look to stay at their properties again!

Just go ahead and book this condo—you will not be disappointed! Everything was exactly as described: the pictures, the amenities, and the overall comfort of the space. One of the absolute highlights was having the lake just a few feet from the back door. It was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed spending the week fishing, taking in the peaceful scenery, and simply unwinding by the water. The location is also perfect—just a quick drive to amazing food and fun. The hosts were proactive, timely, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
