Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Ontario

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Gregory was a great host . Everything we needed was there for us . He even went out of his way to bring us the BBQ grill . We went while it was still winter so it’s usually stored during that time . The house was clean , comfortable and directly across the street from Lake Ontario . Very quiet neighborhood with allot to do around you that’s walking distance . I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful experience with a great host ..

Lakeside Bliss! We were so very lucky to have landed this Air BnB for our recent stay in Port Dalhousie. We were visiting for a Rowing Regatta- and the location cannot be beat. Warren's home is truly a home away from home. We walked through the door, and it was welcoming- almost familiar. It is so very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with quality and abundant gear- appliances top notch. The bedrooms and all linens high end. Warren was easy to communicate with and quick in responses- although honestly we lacked for nothing during our stay. I am not sure Warren's home could have been any cleaner- it was immaculate! ( and I am picky -so that is saying a lot). The best part of the stay however - is the backyard and the view. We were so sad to leave! Thank you Warren, we do plan on returning- often.

My recent stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. Nestled among towering pines, the location offered breathtaking views of the shimmering water, perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was charmingly decorated, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for delightful family meals, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a refreshing retreat, and I can't wait to return!

A lovely peaceful place with views of nature from all windows. It is the perfect place and location to unwind. The place is stylish and comfy with everything you need and Fred was very easy and reliable to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our college reunion. It was perfect for 3 couples. Easy walking distance to all activities, the lake, restaurants, bars, and downtown. Easy check-in, and simple check-out. We will definitely be staying here again!

I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. The view cannot be beat. We felt cozy and comfortable the whole stay. Perfect for the kids and adults.

We had an excellent stay here. The location is incredible with a gorgeous lake view and amazing sunset view. Indoors it was spacious and very nicely decorated. We particularly appreciated that the airbnb was stocked with everything from kitchen supplies, washroom, even BBQ supplies - we didn’t need to bring a thing. Very well thought out. Gary was an excellent host, very responsive and attended to any question right away. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a great stay at Frank & Zoltan’s! So many thoughtful touches & we really enjoyed the pool and location. Very walkable to the falls, Clifton hill, etc. It was a very nice stay & we loved having what was a calm and serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls. The bottle of wine was a nice touch! We appreciated their hospitality. Great hosts, would recommend

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan & Craig’s cottage by Rice Lake! The place was peaceful, clean, and beautifully located—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was getting early access to their lovely pool, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable. Susan & Craig were kind and responsive hosts, and their attention to detail really showed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had the best time playing tennis and basketball, going in the pool and sauna. The pool is cool which was so nice after getting super hot in the sauna. 10/10 recommend. The inside was beautiful and relaxing, felt like a perfect getaway and we will be back for sure! Heather’s cottage was amazing! Able to accommodate a group of guests without squishing or being in anyone’s way! A couple little insects wanted to join our weekend but nothing a paper towel and a double wipe with some all purpose cleaner couldn’t beat! After all it is a cottage! Amazing large space (especially that sunroom!) with lots of amenities (the hot tub, chrome cast, indoor speakers and pool were a BIG HIT)! Great for game nights and the sunsets were beautiful. Bunker house was also clean and very comfortable for some of guests to stay in! Overall great experience and our hosts were so nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend this cottage and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy cottage! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The BBQ setup was great and made evening meals easy and enjoyable. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature views, making it a peaceful escape from the city. We especially loved sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet, scenic surroundings. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

The Wiley Lofts was the perfect place to stay for my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids. Daniel was accommodating to extra guests coming in and out for hair/makeup and photographs as he was quick to respond when we had questions. It truly felt like home with an old English cottage feel. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting from out of town or looking for an evening away! Great location with many wineries and restaurants in walking distance and got to enjoy the Junction coffee shop in the morning.

We had a peaceful weekend relaxing at Sandra and Lindsay's hydrotherapy suite. The spa experience itself was worth coming back for, but we also enjoyed sitting by the pond and walking around the paths! We would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this cottage on a whim with virtually no notice to the owner who was flexible with our check-in making it worth our 1 night stay. The cottage is so spacious with lots of room to lounge, eat and sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The waterfront is the real MVP here - pristine water, pure sand, great doc and decks.

I stayed in the area when I was volunteering for the Canadian Open, I really appreciated the quiet peaceful cabin to come back to. Jason's place is absolutely perfect for a restful getaway. The trails behind the property are incredible. The little village of Erin had some nice restaurants and a great little grocery store if you want to cook in. Jason was very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely book this again if I am in the area.

Our stay at the Naples cabin far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were looking for a peaceful getaway, and this was the perfect spot—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. We brought our dog, Al, and he loved exploring the open space. The cabin had everything we needed, from a well-stocked coffee station to books and games. My wife especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, and the views were stunning—morning coffee never felt so serene. The lighted path to the “powder room” was both charming and practical, and while the outdoor shower was cold, it became a highlight. I completely agree with Chris’s description for the drive up to the cabin. Our stay felt magical and provided us with plenty of details to admire along with the most stunning view. I highly suggest reading the back story of the cabin on the provided website. We’ll definitely be back!
