Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake of the Woods

We stayed twice last summer, and now again this summer. Wonderful home with everything you can think of available. Super clean, beautiful deck and yard, convenient dock out front for the boat. Great local restaurants. Everyone so friendly. 100% recommend.

Gale was a great host! The house was beautiful. The place was stocked with many small appliances, serving plates, cleaning supplies and the court was a great bonus. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the house and the comfortable beds.

We had a wedding in Hallock, and this was a perfect spot to stay. It was wonderful to be able to host a bridesmaid brunch - with enough room for them to get ready for the big day!

Everything was as described. Great communication, house was clean and met all of our needs.

Perfect place for the family to stay on our ice fishing trip. We definitely overpacked, because the house provided pretty much all the things we packed aside from food. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner was responsive, helpful, and very nice. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay! Beds were clean as well as the rest of the house. Safeway was walking distance along with restaurants :)

Wonderful stay! The house was just as described and we loved being able to use the kayaks and fire pit. The sunset views here are amazing and the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

Gisele & her husband were amazing hosts & are definitely worth booking with. Place was absolutely spotless and perfect to stay short term or long term. I was there for a month while working in the area & found it great! Would highly recommend checking Rosie’s place out!

The place was so much better than what we expected. The entire house was clean and the kitchen was newly updated and we'll equipped. Had great sitting areas where the whole group can gather and play games. Bedrooms were also amazing and had more than enough beds for us. The game room was really cool and kept everyone entertained. Overall great stay and will definitely book again.

Awesome location, big dock, and beach...a few steps from the cabin to the water (you can hear the waves from the bedroom window). I have rented a lot of cabins in the past...Art's cabin has the best water frontage I have ever seen! The fishing is incredible, we were there 9 days and fished a different spot every time. My son and I caught well over 120 fish over the 9 days, including several large Walleys that we cooked up! Lot's of small mouth bass, and of course endless northern pikes! My truck broke down, and wouldn't be fixed until a couple of days after we were to check out. I told Art about this issue and he made some arrangement's so we could stay a couple of extra days until my truck was fixed. He went out of his way to make things work...it could have been a disaster, but instead we got a couple more day's of fishing in! If you like being on the water and love fishing, this is the place for you! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Art for your great hospitality!

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

We had such a lovely long weekend getaway at this cozy tiny house! My husband and I, along with our Chow Chow, truly enjoyed the peaceful ambience and stunning beachfront view… it felt like a breath of fresh air and a perfect escape from the city. It was the perfect mix of comfort and calm. We loved it so much, we recommended it to our friends—and they’ve already booked their stay next month!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birch..it was exactly the experience we were hoping for on our anniversary. We were able to really disconnect from the world and reconnect as a couple. Loved the outdoor kitchen idea and the cabin was very cozy. The sauna and pond were an amazing bonus.

Everything at the cottage is extremely clear and labeled. Our host always made sure we were comfortable and checked on us to see if we needed anything during his trips to/from the cottage. The pool was fantastic, and left for us exclusively during our stay, and we even had a lot of fun playing the lawn games. I wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the bikes and explore more. We couldn't have found a better place, and would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful cabin with lots of space great scenery right on the lake great place for a group of people to relax. Have fun and enjoy time together. The host was quick to response and great to communicate with. All had a good time!

Host met me outside. Very friendly and very responsive. Loved the towel set up and the area is beautiful. The place is comfy. Would stay here again.

Nice spot right on the water, would be great any season but we had a blast staying there during our snowmobile trip. Could skidoo right onto the river to meet up with the main trails. House is very spacious with lots of games and DVDs but you won’t want to be inside too much with such a lovely property. Hosts were helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s place is exceptionally clean and huge with lots of entertainment amenities. Both kids and adults had a wonderful time there. We forgot to bring shampoo and body wash, but they can be easily bought at the grocery store right across the street.

Had a great stay! The hosts are very friendly and willing to help with anything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful location in sunset country. Great docking area protected from winds if bringing your own boat. The cabins are spacious and great to relax in after a day on the water.

This place was better than we expected. Extremely detailed. Has anything and everything you would need. It felt like we lived there, very comfortable. The hosts are great and will respond to your questions almost immediately.
