All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.
