Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Montezuma

Carolyn’s Desert Dream accommodations were perfect for our mother daughter get away. It was a very private location directly across from Cathedral Rock, consequently the views were magnificent while soaking in the hot tub. It was very clean, with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and ample room. The bathroom was nice and large with a roomy walk in shower. The patio area was a pleasant addition for sitting outside and enjoying the views. Carolyn and I communicated about our arrival time as we were unsure of the exact time. She wanted to meet us when we arrived and was very flexible to our sightseeing time on our way from Phoenix. Carolyn was an excellent host! She shared ideas for restaurants, shopping, beside the downtown area and beautiful scenic rides we could take. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful authentically decorated Airbnb for 2 this should be your first choice! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Carolyn!

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

We really enjoyed our first time stay in Sedona. There were four of us, so it’s nice for each of us to have our own room. The location was central for everything. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to do some meals inside the house.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Tim’s. It felt like home and was so relaxing. Definitely try some of Tim’s recommendations on things to do. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Bridget was a kind and welcoming host! Quiet and off busy roads of Sedona. Short drive to town and beautiful scenic views! I wish it wasn’t so hot so I could have used the hot tub more! But everything was as described!! I would definitely come back!!!

Sedona is a beautiful part of the country. Having this property to stay at was perfect for us. We opted to pay the extra $25 for the hot tub, and at the end of the day with some hiking and lots of activity that extra $25 was well worth it, we enjoyed sitting under the Stars in the hot tub. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

A beautiful desert oasis! The outdoor space was so lovely. The creek made all the difference. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Great Stay and location.

We had an overall great experience during our stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with all the listed amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the patio – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The only downside was the WiFi, which unfortunately was unreliable during our four-day stay. When it did work, the connection was fine, but it was mostly inconsistent. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Tiffany was a fabulous host. her communication skills were excellent and easy to follow, and the home itself has explanations for everything necessary. the space itself is a beautiful little home in a cozy neighborhood with a 4 minute walk to old town cottonwood. This was an excellent trip and this rental, along with Tiffany's phenomenal hosting skill, was A+ all around.

Had a fantastic stay with my mother! We felt right at home. Excellent bird/wildlife watching from the porch! I observed several new to me bird species from the porch and had a coyote walk right by the picture window! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location for our needs and the accommodations were as described. Peter was excellent in his communication and recommendations for the area activities and places to eat.

5 of us including 3 dogs came to visit Jerome and Cottonwood for a weekend and we all absolutely loved the place. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the garden was great. Excellent location as well. Highly recommended.

Lars was great and we had a solid stay. Beautiful area and nice accomodations. Lars let us coordinate doing some laundry with him too, which was super helpful.

This place exceeded expectations in every way. Luxury accommodations at fair praises, a gorgeous setting, amazing course, and kind staff. Would return here in a heartbeat.

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

Exceptional Service and a Tranquil Retreat This Sedona service apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The resort-like atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the unit itself was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We had a bit of a drama on the morning of our departure when we thought we had lost a wallet. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, allowing us back into the unit after checkout to search and even contacting the local sheriff on our behalf. We were so relieved when we eventually found the wallet tucked away in our car, and we can't thank the staff and their manager enough for their incredible patience and kindness during a stressful situation. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service, look no further!

The views are unbeatable. Great house! The sunrise, with hot air ballons coming up in the distance, the full-house music speaker, the pool, the fully stocked kitchen... it was all perfect. Would definitely come back to this location. It was magical.

Loved this place, will be back!!! From star gazing in the hot tub at night to lounging by the pool during the day while staring at a picture perfect view of the red rock mountains , it was well worth the price , also super private. Perfect location, close to all the trails we hiked, close to the art village, close to the best restaurants in town. Brenda was a super friendly and accommodating host, gave us recs for the best trails and answered our questions very promptly.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Ellen and Todd's place was great. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The house was spectacular. From the cozy living room to the well stocked kitchen to the wonderful king size master bedroom. We loved the front porch in the morning to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. If we're ever in Sedona again, we will definitely be staying at Ellen and Todd's place.

Brandon's place was exactly what my family and I needed for a long weekend in Sedona. The location was amazing and near so many walkable places. The views were incredible and the community pool was perfect for my kids during the hot afternoons. You will not be disappointed.
