The BQ is nestled in downtown Minerva, two doors down from Sandy Springs Brewing Co. Come stay in luxury in our historic 1800's 2nd floor studio. Equipped with high end custom finishes top to bottom. Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

A 5400 square foot ranch positioned perfectly to an adjacent 3 1/2 acre pond. Surrounded by the beautiful views of the Atwood lake region. 4 bedrooms including a very large master suit, and a fifth sleeping area in rec room with 5 roll away beds, 3.5 baths, living room, dining room, recreation room and kitchen. Each room has walk out screen doors to a wraparound porch that overlooks the beautiful pond. A perfect weekend getaway for families or friends!

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
