My stay was lovely. Everything worked. The little house was comfortable, tastefully decorated, warm & inviting, private & quiet. The bed was very comfortable, everything spotless, private parking. I have never been so pleased with my stay. Gracias, Eduardo!

We felt right at home at Nima's place! We were there for about 10 days, and it suited our needs very well. Nima was wonderful to communicate with; he even personally delivered extra toilet paper when we were running out! The location made our stay so much more enjoyable. It felt like we were close to everything, with the highlight being historic Ybor city less than two miles away. The little touches in the unit were so nice, such as the outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The full kitchen was definitely a bonus to help us save some money not having to eat out for every meal. As noted in the listing, there are quite a few homeless people on the streets surrounding the apartment. Nima even reached out to me after I had booked to make sure I understood this. I can see why, as there really were quite a lot of people sitting on sidewalks and wandering around day and night. However, we never had any issues. This is the authentic reality of being in the heart of the city.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

This was the perfect place for a couple days at Bush Gardens. It's only a mile from everything. Host was very friendly and responsive. It is small but perfect for what we wanted.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

We loved our stay at the Bird’s Nest. The hosts Christie and Stuart were so unbelievably kind and accommodating. We feel very grateful to be hosted by them on their stunning and lovingly cared for property. We were touched by their generosity and genuine care and attention to detail. Thank you for everything!

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.
