Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. We arrived later than planned because I messed up the time zone change. Mila was very congenial and gave us instructions for the lock box. The room and private bath were clean and nicely appointed. Shared spaces were lived in, as expected. The yard is well maintained in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

This is our second time staying at this place. We returned because we had a very pleasant stay last time. Needless to say, our stay this time was very pleasant and peaceful as well. The host, Caitlyn, is also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who would like to live a 10 min drive away from East Lansing!!

We had a nice stay. The host was very respectful of our privacy. Everything was well explained and things were easy to navigate and all amenities were as described. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Denise was kind and helpful! There was a tornado warning during our stay and she called us in the middle of the night to provide directions to get to the basement safely and help while the power was temporarily off. Parking at the community center was very convenient and the neighborhood was lovely.

We enjoyed staying at Jill’s cottage! I stayed there with a few coworkers for a virtual conference, and the wifi was very good, there were plenty of activities to do nearby and even caught a free concert in the park! The cottage would be tight with 11, but would likely more comfortably fit 6 adults and a few kids. Regardless, we would definitely recommend booking with her in the future.
