Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Köyceğiz

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

Anya's apartments are very nice. It is a new building and the design is tasteful and modern. It was comfortable with a nice bed and a great shower. The heated floor was nice for a winter stay. The location is on the edge of the city but a close walk to the main areas, the marina, and the ferry terminal. Having a dedicated parking area was very convenient. Anya communicated well and gave me good information about the space and local things. I stayed a week in the apartment and found it to be great for my needs and a good visit to the area. I would stay there again when in Marmaris.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

Great clean quiet place.

We really liked the location. It’s not on the main road so you don’t get the road noise. The views are fantastic. The balcony gets the evening sun. The balcony is large and comfortable, no fly wire. The apartment is really well laid out and very comfortable, including the bed. Good sofa, good TV, wi-fi runs at 20Mbps. Good hot plates, sandwich toaster, no microwave or oven. There is a path with steps at the side of the apartment to reach the main road. The Dolmuş stop to town is right there. They come every ten to fifteen minutes and you can use your credit card to tap or phone wallet. It’s about Euro .70 for as far as you like. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the start of the main Marina where all the boats, restaurants and cafes are including the old town. You can walk for 12 kms on a flat promenade. Birol checks on you and you can ask him anything, he speaks very good English. Beaches - you can walk to So Beach but it’s €25 each for sunbed and umbrella. Would stay again.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

We spent 10 days at Thyme House and were immediately in love 😍 the house is really nice and clean. The view is simply fantastic, unbelievably great. We felt right at home, or rather, much better than at home. Hatice has fulfilled all of our wishes. Important to know: the house is located directly in the mountains and you are in the middle of Turkish life. If you want to go to Göcek, you always have to drive down for 15 minutes. For us, that was just right because we love the peace and quiet and a breathtaking view is more important.

We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Beautiful surroundings and view in a peaceful setting. The host was very helpful and welcoming and we felt very supported if we reached out for assistance or questions. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back one day.

The stay was nice and the place is private, the pool is good it is close to everything

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Hakki was very accommodating, a lovely man very polite and courteous. Always happy to help with anything from taxis to questions about the area. The apartment was absolutely stunning and exactly like the pictures! Would 100% recommend.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. When I come to Fethiye, I will always prefer this apartment, thank you for everything

Where to begin. They said it was "a little piece of luxury" They were not kidding. By far the best Airbnb apartment we have stayed in, with the most responsive helpful host. Directions were perfect and easy to follow and Paulos was there with a friend to greet us and help us upstairs with our luggage, even though we arrived late, around 11pm. Complimentary wine and beer to welcome us. The apartment is stunning. From the huge, so comfortable Sealy bed to the pristine, modern fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, with rainforest shower, soft towels and bathrobes. Instant hot running water throughout. TVs in lounge and bedroom, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. Comfortable lounge. Doors to terrace from bedroom and lounge. The terrace is huge and stunning and hot spa and the sun all day. So central for everything. Beach, restaurants, bars and Old Town. Paulos was so attentive. Text every day to check we were OK. Great tips in welcome brochure. Superb value. Highly recommend. Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
