Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Köyceğiz

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

We had such a sweet night that me and my friends at home. The location is just a 5-minute walk away from the road if you want to walk in the perfect sea. The house was nice and the host was very sweet and friendly. Although you were there much earlier than we expected, they provided flexible check-in for us. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your help and diligence. We definitely plan to repeat our visit 🎉💐✨

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

This was a fantastic stay im fethiye. Umur our host went above and beyond for our stay, driving us to Seeme beach which is well worthwhile, shopping, Celic beach Apartment is spacious, spotless with gorgeous pool. Drinking water was provided💯 . Umur also helped us with printing boarding cards We would highly recommend this host for anyone visiting Fethiye

Lovely apartment, great location.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. Everything was considered until the arrival of refreshments in the refrigerator, disposable hotel slippers, shampoo conditioner in the bathroom. The host was very helpful and very professional with everything. This is the first time we've seen an airbnb so clean. Everything was brand new and complete.(There was a smart TV, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) The amenities and location of the house were incredible. It was 3 minutes drive to the marina. In short, we were very satisfied with everything. We didn't have any trouble with anything. You can go with your eyes closed. If we could visit Gocek again, it was definitely a place we would prefer again.

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

Ozer’s house is very clean. With beautiful furniture and pool and BBQ. Ozer is very kind and gave us a lot of recommendations. We loved the stay! Thank you!

We felt in the comfort of our home. The house was clean and tidy. They met what we wanted instantly, we did not have any difficulties in communication. It was a peaceful house in the village with the smell of lemon blossom. Greetings to brother Bayram and his wife, the parents of our hosts. Very warm, helpful people. The house is in the middle of Dalyan and Sarigerme. I recommend it..

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Beautiful surroundings and view in a peaceful setting. The host was very helpful and welcoming and we felt very supported if we reached out for assistance or questions. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back one day.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. When I come to Fethiye, I will always prefer this apartment, thank you for everything

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
