This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to offer, plus a large deck and BBQ area and an upstairs lounging balcony! This house is lovely and warm with heat pumps and a cosy log fire. Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden.
