Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

This cottage is optimized, everything is there, even the parking nearby. Everything is perfect for a few days' stay. The view from the terrace of Lake Leman is very pleasant and for a real 180° view you just have to walk 1 km and it's just fabulous. We will go back without hesitation.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! You can't get tired of the view of the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we had the chance to use in the middle of the sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding.. the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return if we have a chance!

This is an indescribably luxurious accommodation for the price. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking! The host gives clear instructions, very friendly. We recommend staying here. I hope we will come back here again, even if only for the view of the mountains and the lake.

Peaceful, clean, and big enough for 4 people. It is close to places to visit. Ease of access to shops by car. Christian is a welcoming host and has great tips. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Beautiful home with beautiful views. Thierry was very responsive and friendly. We travelled with our two daughters (5 and 8) and this was their favorite place on the whole trip. We cooked every evening and just enjoyed the peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
