This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

A very nice Airbnb in a great location! We felt very comfortable in this place. Everything was very clean and the apartment was really very well equipped. In addition to a hot air, deep fryer and an Optigrill, there was also a coffee maker with milk frother ready. There was nothing wrong with the other amenities of the apartment, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies were provided. The connections to the bus and train (within walking distance in 5-10 minutes) are really good to see a little something at Lake Constance. With the "ECHT BODENSEE CARD" which is provided to you as part of your stay in Sipplingen, we were able to use the train for the most part free of charge. Overall a very nice stay, which we will remember well, also thanks to a very accommodating landlady.

Fantastic apartment with everything you can imagine, that you would not have even asked yourself if you could need it! 😊 Everything is there!!! The apartment is very tastefully decorated and beautifully renovated in the old villa. Julia and Reza are very accommodating hosts who give you very good tips for excursions in the area and take very good care of their guests. All in all, this was the absolute and unconditional number 1 apartment we have ever been allowed to be in!!! A 100% recommendation!!! Thank you You can make very nice excursions from there, e.g. to the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen or you can walk a very nice path in about an hour to Constance. About 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful spa, the island of Mainau is also only 5 minutes by car and everything is wonderfully accessible by bike paths. And there are nice restaurants in the vicinity in every price range and also a supermarket.

Karin has created an unbelievable space that is tucked away in some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen! Karin herself is an amazing host; responsive and attentive to any questions you may have and very understanding of any potential language hurdles (I am a non-native German speaker). She is just so welcoming! The space itself is stunning and so well laid out. Even though it is a 'tiny house', the yard and the greenhouse make it feel like you could stay there for a whole summer. 10/10 would recommend and I hope my travels bring me back here one day. Many thanks to Karin & Thomas!
