The sunny garden is completely fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park (CH) are nearby. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. You can also leave the car for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. On the large orchard meadow there is space to romp and a great tree house to play in.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
