Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Balaton

We spent a wonderful week in the little house, which is absolutely baby and dog friendly. We got everything we needed for the everyday life of a one-year-old baby (travel bed, high chair, baby bath, plastic bowls and glasses) and the kitchen is super well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, I can only recommend it!

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

Nora was extremely helpful while I was in Balatonmádi. I had my passport taken at the Budapest airport and Nora was my interpreter all the way. Her apartment was wonderful, very much like a comfortable home. It was 40°C the first day I was there but the apartment remained cool.

we had so much fun, my family visited Balaton the first time. the cottage was lovely and we managed to use the fireplace too. no issues at all, highly recommend this place! we are planning to come back in the summer x

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

we had a great time. the flat was amazing! we went down with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are fantastic and super clean and the whole place looked much better in person than on the pictures. Also, there was a grill outside we used that was great! and opportunity for fire and bogracs! we definitely will be back !

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cozy country home in Hungary with the whole family, and it was a wonderful experience. Each of us had our own room, all of which were beautifully furnished and had their own bathrooms. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool and whirlpool, which were great for both relaxation and fun. The kids loved the trampoline and had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – the sauna and the Jacuzzi were clean and ideal for relaxing. My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keszthely! The location on Nyárfa utca 29a was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from the lake and town center. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again!

We had a very nice pre-long weekend at Peter and Elle's place. The view is spectacular and the whole are is calm and peaceful, it was perfect for an unwind. The house is small but tidy and cosy. It was perfect for the two of us. Thanks for the stay, Peter and Elle!

A squirrel lives in the pine tree next to the terrace, we really appreciated the large trees in the garden for not being cut, the view from any of the terraces is amazing. Host responds quickly, proactive, recommended great cafes and restaurants in the area. The kitty is cute and so sweet! We had a great time.

One thing is for sure! If we have the opportunity, we will return here! The house is like in the photos, but even better. I recommend it for couples and families.

Esther is a very kind and attentive host, she was flexible with our arrival and departure. She helped us a lot with what places to visit and where to find them in the city. Since the apartment is located in the heart of the city, everything is literally within walking distance. I highly recommend it to everyone. The listing was very clean even though it was pet-friendly, so it was perfect with a baby and dog. Thanks again!
