The home has its own dock and buoy. You have access to a boat launch, 9 hole golf course, beach, recreation center, restaurant and sports courts at Lake Almanor West Country Club which is within walking distance.

This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

It is a basement apartment with our son living above. Ask us about our hot spring (4-wheel-drive necessary in inclement weather) or our River Pavilion. You’re sure to love our ranch in the beautiful Indian Valley! (4-wheel-drive necessary in inclement weather to get up driveway as it is located on a mountain in the trees.)
