Holiday rentals with a patio in Lak Si

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

I visited with my girlfriend for a couple of days, the room was perfect, very clean and pin was great host who also done our laundry. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends come to play together, the house is very well renovated and very comfortable to stay, the host is also very good, 24 hours to reply to the message.

We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

Responsive and helpful host, clean and big space for family stay

Host is very responsive and extremely friendly, you don’t have to hesitate to approach and ask questions as you know you will be greeted with friendliness. Place was amazing and it was worth every single cent, one of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

Everything worked out just fine. Very good description to get from the train, stop, AOK, to the apartment. The apartment could use a little searching and reworking, but all in all it's perfectly fine. The kitchen could be a little more organized. The pool is really good, especially after a busy day in the city. Wi-Fi works and the washing machine does its job. The host is quick to reach and fixes minor defects immediately. I can only highly recommend this accommodation, it is quiet, well located and large enough for two people, I would gladly come back anytime.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.
