The place is impeccably clean which is the most important to have a comfortable stay. Mia and Pau are awesome host! They are easy to communicate, responsive and polite. It is conveniently located to malls and restaurants. My family enjoyed their stay. We will definitely book this place again in the future. This is a highly recommend place to stay. The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. I had to request something from her and she gladly accomdated it. I would love to go back here again and will recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you, Belle for hosting us.

The house or should I say mansion was amazing so spacious & even though the house is high up in the hills so it was cooler, every room had its own AC unit. The whole family loved it! The caretaker was great as well, able to sort anything that I needed including booking a taxi. This place was great & very peaceful & secure, I highly recommend this place.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I spent four nights here. It was a great location, close to many restaurants and the mall. The unit was ideal for our family of four, the beds were comfortable, the filtered water was a real bonus. We enjoyed the swimming pool and it was great to relax in the living room in the evening. The bus terminal is just five minutes walk away and you can pick up the TOPS Bus shuttle service for a roundtrip of 200 php. I would be happy to stay here again.

Ate who approached me (sorry i forgot your name) was very hospitable. And Kuya who guarded the place was very helpful. As a solo traveler, the place is safe and very convenient.

It has become our go-to spot whenever I visit Cebu City. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, I highly recommend this gem. We slept like babies every night. Can’t wait to return!

The space was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Our host was excellent, very responsive to messages and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We truly appreciated Pjotr’s hospitality and would definitely book again.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

The place is beautiful and perfect if you travel solo. It’s so nice to have complimentary water in room especially with cebu’s heat. Also the condo building is amazing and perfect location. You won’t go hungry in IT park. Def will stay again when I’m back because room is clean and efficient with space.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

5 stars! This 1-bedroom condo in Cebu IT Park exceeded my expectations. The amount of space you get is incredible—definitely one of the largest condos I’ve stayed at in the area. It’s perfect if you're traveling with family or just want a bit more room to relax. The location is unbeatable with great walkability to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly like the photos—no surprises. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and convenience in Cebu!

I love the pull out sofa, making the unit able to accommodate up to 3 people. Snack available for purchase was convenient. Had all the necessary items needed for an awesome short stay. Thumbs up!
